Formerly Hops & Bolts This hopped up amber brew is inspired by classic West Coast India Pale Ales. But our IPL is fermented like a lager. The result, a pithy grapefruit bitterness with notes of tropical fruit and citrus of an IPA and the clean balanced finish of a lager.

Inspired by the Kolsch beers of Cologne Germany, this stra-blonde ale is subtly hopped, fermented with ale yeast and then lagered cold. The results, a light bodied brew with a delicate fruity aroma of an ale and a crisp clean finish of a lager.

Kellerbier is an unfiltered, medieval German beer known for its naturally cloudy appearance. Served straight from the brewmaster’s cellar, it was a true honour for special guests visiting a brewery to be offered a taste. These days we happily make it available to one and all. Our Kellerbier is wonderfully aromatic with a hint of citrus and spice imparted by German whole leaf hops. Not too many breweries make Kellerbier, but then, we’ve always done things a little differently.

Located in the charming town of Creemore, about a 1.5-hour drive from Toronto, this cute brewery is a great place for beer enthusiasts to stop by. All of their beers are brewed on-site, allowing visitors to enjoy the freshest brews available. The front area includes a bar with tasting options, and snacks available for purchase. For those looking to take home a souvenir, there's a variety of branded merchandise, and cases of beer available for sale. There also a free photobooth for guests to use. For an added touch of fun, they offer 45-minute tours of brewery that usually starts on the hour. There are three ticket options to choose from: - $15 - tour and one sample (original brew only) - $20 - tour and 4 samples - $25 - tour, 4 sample, and branded glass cup to take home. Those purchasing the 4 sample tickets will get to sample their original brew, and a choice of 3 others from 5 of their seasonal brews. The samples are 5 oz each. The interior is clean, well-decorated with ample seating indoor and outdoor, and has two single bathrooms for convenience. The staff here were all very warm and welcoming. However, the establishment is not wheelchair accessible. Overall, it's a fantastic spot to savor some beer and soak in a pleasant atmosphere.

My wife and I love and enjoy driving to Creemore Springs Brewery. No matter the season, it totally worth to come here. The establishment itself is awesome. You must do the tour to the Brewery if available. Their beers selections are out of this world... one better than the other one, which makes it difficult to just select one type of beer. The town itself is awesome. Better when festivals. The Creemore Sping brewery is a must stop when in the area, or just do it like us, we specifically drive to it enjoying the wonderful trails and scenery of the area. Their staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Fully recommended

Very nice Brewery with a huge bottle shop and enormous selection of merchandise. The Brewery itself is the cleanest i had a chance to visit. The beers are fresh and tasty. Nice sitting area outside that is very pleasant and clean.

Gorgeous building, in a beautiful wee downtown, making yummy delicious brews!!! Thank you for having your doors open to at least order curb side & take home. We hope to return one day & be able to visit the inside but we enjoyed our quick walk by, take & go. The host who greeted us was most lovely & very patient while we decided on what fresh brews to take home with us. The seasonal dark was a hit, we were so happy to try something new. Thank you for your brilliant customer service & making premium quality brews; fresh is best! So easy to find & more than enough parking around.
