Belgian-style witbiers are traditionally brewed with orange peel and coriander, but not a ton of key lime purée. Originally brewed as an early-COVID collaboration with local brewpub Black Bellows, it was super popular here at the brewery and locally. A nice, light beer for summer, this is pure, hazy, tart, fresh, fizzy lime goodness. Mouth-puckeringly tart, this wake-me-up is earthy on the nose and exceedingly refreshing.

Attended Open Mic on Sunday night, what a great time! The Sunset Point lager is refreshing, a perfect pair for local musical talent. Han's Beach Bites was on site; the pumpkin soup and fresh cut fries hit the spot. Thanks CW Brewery for a great time

We visited The Collingwood Brewery right before Christmas. Everyone is so festive at the brewery. Currently there's no tour available but it's still cozy to try some samplers. The brewery itself doesn't have kitchen but there's a food truck right outside the brewery that has quite a bit of selection of food. We got a double smash burger and BLT. All sandwiches are served with curly fries. It was our brunch and the foods were more than enough for us. You can order outside and bring the food inside to dine in. The server was very friendly and patiently made suggestions for us what to try for the flight. Such a cozy pet friendly spots for friends gathering or a date.

Went in for a flight and left feeling like I was part of the brewery team. Awesome atmosphere. Outdoor area looked amazing to hang out in the warmer months. Very welcoming and would recommend enjoying a flight or event at this brewery. Beers were out of this world good!

The beer is quite cheap, but it is so, so good and there are so many flavours for a local brewery! Not a lot of fruity ones though, if you're a fan. And the food truck is a really nice addition.
