With the creamy-smooth mouthfeel of oats and the crackle of roast barley, this winter offering invokes grandma’s kitchen, toasty and safe from winter blasts. We included a dash of vanilla, a taste that’s ever-present in baking, hovering in the background. A luscious, silky-smooth stout. Rich, thick, fragrant and sweeter than not.

Belgian-style witbiers are traditionally brewed with orange peel and coriander, but not a ton of key lime purée. Originally brewed as an early-COVID collaboration with local brewpub Black Bellows, it was super popular here at the brewery and locally. A nice, light beer for summer, this is pure, hazy, tart, fresh, fizzy lime goodness. Mouth-puckeringly tart, this wake-me-up is earthy on the nose and exceedingly refreshing.

Originally brewed for our second year anniversary, the Freestyle Kellerbier is back and better than ever. This unfiltered beer pours a hazy orange-copper with a dense white head. German malts provide a firm backbone for an astounding amount of Tettnang hops, which dominate with notes pepper, dried herbs and a hint of red fruit.

This is a Collingwood Brewery original! We brewed this beer to be low in alcohol, yet have all the flavour and hallmarks of a Milkshake IPA. It pours hazy with dense white head, which releases the Mosaic and Simcoe hop aromatics. The addition of coconut and pineapple take it to the next level - our Piña Colada Milkshake Session ISA is a tropical vacation in a can!
