    Style: Pale Ale - American

    A throwback to the first beer we ever made, with a few slight tweaks as we’ve gotten older and wiser. Pouring a pale burnt orange with a moderate white head, our revamped Underdog has aromas of citrus and grapefruit supported by hints of pine and a slight malt sweetness. The palate follows the nose, with pleasant citrus and grapefruit up front and along with a nice amount of malt sweetness to balance out the finishing hoppy bite. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, 12 years of brewing really shows with this great pale ale.

    Pouring a clear medium brown with amber hues, light tan head and some silky lacing. Aromas of nuts, roasted pecans, coffee, caramel sweetness and a slight earthy hop presence to round things out. The palate follows the aromas roasted pecan, caramel malt sweetness, then give way to a hint of coffee and a bit of earthy hop bitterness.     Crafted from the sweetest collaboration between Mavericks Donuts Orleans and Broadhead Brewing Company. We’ve taken every cinnamon twist donut we could get our hands on and tossed them into the mash for this truly indulgent experience. Pouring an opaque jet black with copper hues, and a dark tan head that dissipates quickly. The nose immediately greets you with waves of cinnamon, vanilla, complemented by smooth dark chocolate and a touch of roasted coffee. The first sip is all cinnamon, vanilla and rich dark chocolate enveloping your palate. Followed by a bold, roasted coffee backbone that adds a touch of sophistication to the sweetness. It’s like a perfectly balanced dessert in a glass — each sip adding more complexity. The body is smooth and luxurious, with only a slight hint of the 9% ABV making its presence known. As the beer warms, the cinnamon twist notes evolve, adding a delightful pastry-like quality, while the dark roast coffee and chocolate linger long after each sip.

    Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison

    Pours a slight cloudy peachy orange with a light white head that disappears quickly. This Peach and Plum Saison, was aged on French oak spirals and blended with generous amounts of peach and plum purees - helps awaken the senses with vibrant aromas of fresh peaches and plums, complimented by hints of tropical stone fruits and a herbal/peppery spice from the saison yeast. On the palate, the fruit takes center stage, offering a vibrant, juicy character with layers of peach and plum that meld seamlessly with the beer's natural dryness. The French oak aging adds depth, introducing soft vanilla, light toasty oak, and a hint of tannin, which enhances the fruit profile without overpowering it. Medium body, with moderate carbonation and a crisp, dry finish. The oak lingering alongside a refreshing effervescence, leaving a clean, fruit-forward aftertaste.

Super Session NEIPA features a blend of our favorite hops—Galaxy, Simcoe, and Amarillo—packed with citrus aromas and tropical fruit flavors. It pours a hazy light gold with a frothy white head. This unfiltered beauty offers up aromas and flavours of citrus and tropical stone fruits, with a slightly sweet and resinous finish, all in a crushable 2.5% ABV package. Enjoy its light body, crisp carbonation, and pleasant lingering hop presence throughout.
