Light amber in colour, this APA is refreshing and hoppy with an overall smooth finish. It’s hopped with a blend of locally sourced Cascade, Rakau, and Glacier hops, giving it notes of citrus, cedar, with an apple/pear fruitiness in the background. The deep hop character is balanced by a rich malty backbone with a subtle sweetness from the locally sourced caramel malt. Set your destination for this ale and you won’t be disappointed.

The legend exists! The rich, sweet toffee flavour of this brown ale comes from the large percentage of locally sourced caramel malt from Barn Owl Malt in Belleville, Ontario. This beer also sports delicious hints of coffee and toast from premium UK brown malt. Very low hop bitterness, with no hop flavour or aroma to stand in the way of the delicious malty flavour. Don’t let the beast get away!

Bright pink and milkshake cloudiness with a fluffy white head. This patio beer strikes a delicate balance between raspberry fruitiness and the subtle malt and yeast flavours of a saison. It is nice and light at 3.8% and finishes crisp and smooth with a nuanced note of clove on the end.

Style: Sour - Other

This hazy beer has a dark-blue colour that shines light purple when struck by sunlight. It presents with a tart fruit aroma paired with flavours of lime, lychee and a slight earthiness. We kettle-soured this brew like our other sour beers but reduced its souring time to capture just a slight tart character, as opposed to a mouth-puckering sourness. We then double dry-hopped the beer with Citra, Azacca, Cascade and Centennial hops for some fruity flavour and topped it all off with butterfly pea flowers to give this brew its unique colour.

This beer pours a deep, dark black with a biscuit-tinted foam head. It announces itself initially with robust aromas of Ecuadorian cocoa nibs followed by a smooth waft of Columbian dark roast coffee beans. A luscious palate builds on the aromas with a touch of nutty and roasted flavours, followed by an everlasting subtle milky sweetness courtesy of a lactose addition in the brew. Rounding out this symphony is a full-bodied, rich and velvety mouthfeel leaving you with a decadent and satisfying finish.

This dark treat is exquisitely robust and indulgently rich. The backbone of this brew is anchored with a combination of eight unique malts which create a formidably complex, well-layered base with an extensive array of malt characteristics. We then cold-aged and matured this brew on Dominican cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla beans, black sweet cherry and French Oak chips. The finished beer is a truly delicious brew with many mingling layers combining to exhibit a magnificently complex flavour to get lost in. The aroma is bursting with chocolate, cherry and roasted notes with lesser scents of oak, vanilla and Sherry. A supremely thick body and pillowy mouthfeel lends well to the style and a mellowed boozy essence finishes this beer of right. Take care with this heavy hitter or it may just have you revealing your dark secrets.
