With this berry-full kettle sour, we tried something brand new: no boil. No boil sours have virtually no bitterness and tons of flavour from whirlpool addition hops. In this case, we used Barbe Rouge and Mosiac to accent the post-fermentation addition of real blueberries!

Our fourth and final Anniversary release is a full-bodied imperial stout that we aged on a house blend of cinnamon, star anise, black pepper, cloves, all-spice, nutmeg, cardamon, ginger, and vanilla beans! This silky smooth stout clocks in at 8.7% so it's not too aggressive, and certainly not too light. Cookie & Pie season is among us, this is the perfect pairing!
