Celestial Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. Brewed in the Fall of 2020, and laid to rest in some Basel Hayden bourbon barrels for over a year. During this time, the barrels contributed notes of vanilla, charred-oak and bourbon booziness that are a beautiful compliment to the dark chocolate and cherry notes from the beer. Rich and robust, pouring a syrupy black with a dark brown head, this is a full bodied beer for sipping and savouring.

A lovely roadside gem! Bobcaygeon is a versatile brewery. We sampled a wide selection of staples and seasonal rotating taps, all of which we enjoyed. The Common Loon and Northern Lights were standouts, and it's clear why they are mainstays of the brewery. Food selection was good, and many tables were snacking and while they drank. Friendly staff served with A+ customer service (as well as an A+ for his epic beard game!)

The Most Unique Soda I've Ever Had in My Life. The Artisan Strawberry with Basil is such a unique flavour combination. It makes the strawberry which is already healthy & flavourful even more vegan, healthy, & authentically tasting because you can taste the difference in the strawberry taste to add to the fizz of a soda. Very nice. I love how it's made in Ontario as well. Great straight to the point service. Just a great spot. Also, I love how there's many comfortable seating in here with many customers. Great spot.

Don't let the outside appearance fool you! This brewery is VERY unassuming but the beer is top notch and the staff are super welcoming and friendly. Tried all 3 IPAs on tap at the time and the single hop IPA, Lost In The Woods was my favourite. The only thing that would make this brewery 5 stars is some outdoor seating. We'll definitely be back on our next trip through Peterborough!
