Great local craft brewery. The second location from the original Ossington site. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Lots of of seating in a large well lit open space. Not much in regards to food only beer nuts and kettle chips. There is a bottle shop and some merch available on-site. Great spot for a couple beers if you're in North York.

Super friendly tap room in the middle of their workshop. Stop in for some takeaways and stay a bit for the atmosphere.

We visited from Ohio, USA, and this is definitely our kind of hangout. It is nice to sit around and hangout for a couple of hours while having a couple of drinks. The beer is good and the staff are very friendly. 10/10 would visit again.

Love this location 10x more than downtown. Same beer, same staff, no lines and lots of space! Great to be able to have a conversation with the staff and look at all the equipment and barrels they have. Don't be deterred by the factory district vibes from the outside!

Good brewery with friendly staff and some If you want to try some great unique style if beers you can't typically find anywhere else this is a place to go. Large selection of bottled and canned beers available for take home. Not much in the way of food available except for a few bar snacks but they have a list of recommendations for local places where you can pick up something and bring it in with you.

  • Jelly King

    Style: Sour - Other

    ABV: 5.6    IBU: 0

He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme. Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification. Jelly King combines bright and juicy hop aromatics with a refreshingly tart base, and is bursting with notes of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and grapefruit.

  • Roman Candle

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 6.8    IBU: 0

Roman Candle was the first Bellwoods IPA. If you’re looking for a perfect, no-nonsense, hoppy and hazy American IPA, this is your jam. It provides you with all the excitement of a real roman candle, but without the common risks associated with pyrotechnics. A hazy, dank and lightly resinous beer that showcases lots of juicy melon, apricot, and orange peel.

  • Witchshark

Style: IPA - Imperial / Double

    ABV: 9    IBU: 0

Named after the elusive creature with the head of a shark and the body of a boy that first swooped in on a broom during construction of the brew pub, this imperial IPA can elevate a bad day to good. The Witchshark is shy and mischievous, but once you let him into your heart you’ll see why this intense brew is such a popular one. Highly drinkable, with well-balanced bitterness, restrained malt character, and tons of tropical mango and tangerine notes.

  • Wizard Wolf

    Style: Pale Ale - American

    ABV: 4.8    IBU: 0

A Wizard Wolf is absolutely a creature you should be well-acquainted with. Majestic, noble, and delicious, this pale ale is fruity and aromatic, with refreshing hop bitterness and lots of hop flavour. It's crushable and approachable, no matter where your preferences lie. What it smells and tastes like: Citrusy hop aroma is paired with a light body, and a subtle cereal malt character on the palate. Refreshing and clean, with notes of grapefruit, tangerine, and melon.

Cat Lady was double dry-hopped to showcase the punchy, bright aromatics of Citra and Columbus. A beautifully hoppy IPA that celebrates citrus and as always...cats. Aromatics of cedar, fresh strawberries and orange peel. Loads of bold grapefruit and crushed pineapple lead into a spicy, resinous finish.

An everyday, juicy, drinkable sour with punchy hop aromatics and fruity foundational flavours. • Goblin Sauce

Style: IPA - Imperial / Double

    ABV: 8.5    IBU: 0

Goblin Sauce is a huge imperial IPA that utilizes a simple pale malt bill while harnessing the unrivaled intensity of Lupulin Powder – a magical, concentrated hop potion that contains exponentially more alpha acids and way less vegetal matter than regular hop pellets. And we loved the first dry hop round so much that we decided to double up. (You know how many times you live). But if brewing jargon fatigues you, the most important takeaway is that this beer showcases the holy trinity of what hops have to offer. The aromatics, flavours, and bitterness are all on level 11. Massive juicy aromatics and flavours of peach, mango, cantaloupe and wild berries. Soft mouthfeel with pleasant bitterness and a dry finish to balance it out.

  • Jelly King (Pink Guava)

    Style: Sour - Fruited

    ABV: 5.6    IBU: 0

He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the richly varied domain of prokaryotic microorganisms, Jelly King reigns supreme. Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop (Citra, Amarillo, and Cascade), harnessing the pleasing acidity of lactic acid producing bacteria (we use a 5-strain house blend), and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky two year slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of having your cake and eating it too. A juicy, sour bursting with tropical notes of guava and citrusy hops. Light bodied and crushable.

  • Double Jutsu

Style: IPA - Imperial / Double

    ABV: 8    IBU: 0

Somewhere along the way we had the idea to take our regular recipe and turn the volume up to eleven -- we named it Double Jutsu. The hop aromatics and flavours in this beer are intensified, but the soft bitterness and smooth body remain. Loaded with notes of ripe peach and nectarine, balanced by a soft bitterness, and profoundly delicious.

  • Farmageddon

    Style: Wild Ale - American

    ABV: 7.2    IBU: 0

A special edition of our classic Farmhouse Saison, this version is a blend of young and old barrels ranging in age from 6 months to 1.5 years. Because we're such a micro operation, each batch of Farmageddon varies slightly, reflecting the small batch blends we do, using an evolving house microflora (including multiple strains of brett from different sources). If this all sounds confusing, fear not -- all you need to know is that the refined, effervescent beer that hibernates in these bottles is a dynamic labour of love, changing and improving with time.

  • Jelly King (Raspberry Peach)

What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: This limited edition Jelly King harnesses the other-worldly powers of raspberry and peach, creating sweet and sour sorbet-like flavours that -- do I even have to keep going? I just said sorbet. A beer that tastes like sorbet. It’s amazing.

  • White Picket Fence

    Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison

    ABV: 5.8    IBU: 0

A symbol synonymous with Bellwoods Brewery; White Picket Fence is a Blended Foeder Saison made in the "solera-style". Oak Aged beer is blended with a small percentage of fresh beer before being lightly dry-hopped and bottle-conditioned. The result is layers of balanced acidity, subtle brett, and citrus fruit flavour. A complex, layered beer with perfect champagne-like carbonation to carry the lemon meringue aromatics, bright hop character, and rich brett notes. Refined and balanced acidity with lots of complimentary citrus. Bottle Conditioned.

  • Donkey Venom

    Style: Sour - Other

    ABV: 8.5    IBU: 0

At its roots it's a rich, dark ale, but the time it spends in barrels with brett and bacteria harmonizes the ingredients, yielding bright levels of acidity and complimentary fruit flavours. A hybrid style of sorts, that defies simple categorization. A foundation of roasted malts lends aromas of chocolate, mocha, and charred wood, while the flavours are firmly rooted in tart berries, black forest cake, and subtle caramel. High, refined carbonation within a dry body.

  • Bounty Hunter

Style: Stout - Imperial / Double

    ABV: 10    IBU: 0

Bounty Hunter is our once-a-winter Imperial Stout that we condition on loads of toasted coconut and vanilla bean, thus offering a welcome and warming getaway within the coldest season. This ultra-smooth beer contains a maelstrom of bitter chocolate, rich dark malts, and a subtle underbelly of tropical notes.

  • Farmhouse Classic

    Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison

    ABV: 6.2    IBU: 0

A golden Belgian ale fermented with a traditional Saison yeast strain and Brettanomyces. This ale is very refreshing, perfectly balanced, and full of flavour despite its light appearance. With this specific version we opted for authenticity, and as many Belgian breweries do, we bottle conditioned the final product, producing a lively effervescence. The resulting brew is really something special.

  • Hellwoods

    Style: Stout - Russian Imperial

    ABV: 10    IBU: 0

This is an unapologetic beer. Dark, viscous, bitter, and rich — it's a dangerous elixir of love. We’ve waited our whole lives to brew a beer with such bravado, and it always sells out faster than we can supply the next batch. Some people claim that imperial stouts are only for the dead of winter, but we feel that this sidekick is there for you, anytime you call.
