Style: Pale Ale - American
ABV: 5.6 IBU: 46
Our take on an American Pale Ale features four hop varieties (Amarillo, Cascade, Citra, and Simcoe) balanced by a crisp malt bill of pale and caramel malts. The beer is full of citrus aromas, supremely hoppy, dry, and thirst-quenching. Notes of citrus, papaya, and grapefruit flood the senses; leaving a subtle bitter finish.

Style: Red Ale - American Amber / Red
ABV: 4.5 IBU: 20
A well balanced amber ale that blends toasty caramel malt flavours with a clean crisp finish of hops. Red in colour and medium-bodied while not overly bitter, this ale is smooth and clean with a hint of citrus sure to leave you wanting more.

Style: Wheat Beer - American Pale Wheat
ABV: 5.5 IBU: 18
Brewed with 50% Canadian 2-Row barley, 50% Canadian malted wheat, and just the right amount of hops for balance, our take on an American wheat ale has soft flour-like mouthfeel and incredible drinkability. It pours a beautiful hazy orange and is served with a slice of lemon, making for what we think is the perfect summer beer!

We live near Ottawa, and this was our second visit to this incredible place. There are simply no words to describe this 10/10 experience! From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming. We came with our two kids, and everyone made us feel comfortable and truly welcome, which made the experience even more special. I believe our server was the same one we had two years ago, and they were just as wonderful this time around. Sorry I don't have better pictures of the food because it smelled so amazing that I couldn't resist taking a few bites before snapping a photo! We can't wait to come back. And the beer? Absolutely amazing!

Very spacious and lively! If you go on a sunny and warm day they open the garage doors which helps the fresh air come in! Service was nice and fast, I got the fish taco with a side ceasar salad for $22 which was very filling and great portion! They were out of fish&chips so I suggest asking the host/servers if they have the items you specifially want to eat before sitting, but everything in general was great! Their house beer shop is also connected to the place which makes the purchase easier!

Stopped into 1000 Islands Brewing Company and came away seriously impressed. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a lineup of beers that felt both approachable and thoughtfully crafted. The fish and chips were outstanding - generous portions, perfectly cooked, and honestly large enough to share. Paired with one of their stouts, which was the perfect accompaniment, it made for an enjoyable meal. The space strikes that perfect balance between laid-back brewery vibe and community gathering spot. Whether you're a craft beer enthusiast or just looking for a relaxing pint along the river, this place is well worth the stop. Definitely one I'll be returning to on the next bookshop tour!

The photos are from 2 seperate visits. Taken about a month apart. The food is always delicious and plentiful. Gluten free meal in the post with the smiley friend . She loved it. The meatball appetizer was mine part way through and as a dairy free person, it was greatly enjoyed. The dark beer was amazing... The Cider was a bit too sour/bitter/dry for my liking and had to add some grenadine to sweeten it to get most of it down. (But others may quite enjoy it) The salad was massive and the bearded gent devoured it while I enjoyed the sandwich meant for dipping, managed to eat half of it becausey appetite is smaller. Leftovers were still thoroughly enjoyed. Not a huge fan of the flavor added to the au jeu but it was still tasty. Service both time had some dragged out moments of waiting. There only ever seems to be one server who is also the bartender so sadly things take a bit longer. Their is a hostess to help bring out food when ready but otherwise the bulk of the work is left to the main server regardless of how many customers are there. The atmosphere is amazing. Clean and inviting. Love being able to see what's happening in the brewing room and would love to one day check it out closer. Will definitely try it again... Such a great place to have in downtown Brockville

As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of Canada, I checked out this brewery while walking the downtown strip, lots of brew brewed here and I got a flight to try some very good. Staff were also welcoming and nice. Cool venue and was good day to go outside and enjoy a beer.
