Crack of the Rock is a clear, straw colored blonde ale with a lovely dense, white creamy foam. The nose is full of freshly baked bread and rolled oats. The American hops offer subtle tropical (pineapple) and citrus (orange zest) characters as well. The body is light with a lightly toasted, biscuit flavour that finishes crisp, clean and quick. The mouth is left feeling soft and ready for more.

A German style pilsner with 100% Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt and a blend of two noble hops “German Hallerteau Mittelfruh” and “Czech Saaz”. Pours a light gold colour with vibrant carbonation and a frothy white foam. With a delicate bitterness and a hint of bread and biscuit, we get aromas of freshly cut hay followed by Wildflower honey and mild white pepper on the palate.
