It has been said by many brew masters, “water makes the beer.” We can’t help but agree. This refreshingly light lager is brewed with 25,000 year old iceberg water harvested from Newfoundland’s awe-inspiring icebergs which offer some of the purest water on earth. Incredibly crisp and refreshing light North American style lager. Winner of a bronze medal in the 2014 Canadian Brewing Awards 'North American Style -Premium Lager'

Lively, juicy hop bomb combining two great beer styles, IPA and sour. This hazy IPA is bursting with grapefruit, pineapple and other citrus notes. Medium bodied, with enough of a malty backbone to support the citrus and tropical hop character in the flavour, and the slightly pithy sour note. Finish is a little dry with the right amount of sourness and bitterness that will have you reaching for another.

An old favourite brought back by QV in honour of the oldest sporting event in North America - The Royal St. John’s Regatta in Newfoundland, (1818). Crisp, light ‘n clean. Easy-drinking and approachable, but with significant malt character for the ABV. Subtle spicy hops help to balance any sweetness and leave the drinker with a light, pleasantly bitter finish.

This hopped sour lager will grasp hold of your senses with its vibrant muscat hop aroma and bracing, satisfying tartness. Golden yellow with a moderate white head, carrying a heavy muscat-grape fragrance that hints at tartness along with hints of sweet grain. Flavour is bright, clear, and sour, dominated by muscat and some floral character from the blend of Hallertau Blanc and Nelson Sauvin hops. Thin and effervescent, this sour hopped lager is infinitely approachable and incredibly satisfying.

We loved both our visits to Quidi Vidi. My husband fell in love with Iceberg beer (tap > bottle). The fish cakes here are delicious and fish and chips are solid as well. The atmosphere of the place is great - the entire area has so much charm. We loved it. On both visits we had good service.

Stopped in to meet up with a friend. We had just grabbed a spot by the bar. The selection was great. Lots of different brews to pick from. Our servers Vic, Sarah H, Sarah D, and Sujay were bang on for their knowledge of each beer they had and all of them took turns serving us. It was really nice. I had ordered the Nachos with beef. The people who prepared it were Rico and Christian. It was massive. I had to bring the rest home. There was a trivia tournament going on and it was fun to participate. Definitely coming back every time I'm in Newfoundland. And while there try to spot the Star Wars Stormtrooper lol

Very cute brewery with a great view. There's a lot of seating here with an upper and lower deck. Being a sweater as the breeze can get cold. We had the 3 piece fish and chips are a good portion for two people. The fries were a little cold unfortunately.

Came here to have their fish and chips after many years of being vegetarian, and I'm happy that I did. The brewery was packed when we arrived, and we asked if we could be seated at the outdoor patio. The person who greeted us did so after a short waiting. The patio is very nice as it faces the water. The crowd could be loud, just a side note. We waited for 20 minutes before we were noticed by a waiter, but once he did, we were his priority. I got the rice larger (Full Tilt) which was so refreshing. A live band showed up halfway through our lunch and performed Irish music, which was a nice surprise.
