Rick can still hear his dad's voice bellowing "Hop To It!" when he is working away. This DIPA will most certainly put a little hop in your day. It is full bodied and balanced with a blend of magnum, centennial, and cascade hops. For that aromatic punch, the brew is dry hopped Czech Saaz hops. This brew makes its appearance every year around Easter.

Light Lager style beers are simple beers but they don’t leave any room for much finessing. Your brewer needs to get it right! Love in a Canoe is crafted with two row barley, mild meridian hops, and a blend of lager and ale yeast. There’s nowhere to hide any imperfections! The result is a clean crisp easy drinker. It’s got a really low bitterness and has only a light maltiness. Well carbonated and served cold is the best.

A lovely brewery in the town of Sussex. We stopped by as a watering hole along our way back from Saint John. There are 10 house beer on tap and 2 guest taps as well (that is not part of the flights you can select). The stout was a deep and rich coffee stout where they soak it in local Picadally coffee beans that really does shine through. The rest was ok as the sour wasn't really sour at all, but a personal preference of sours. Large patio space as well to enjoy the sunshine.

A fun find during a drive through of Sussex. I enjoyed the sunny outdoor seating while sampling their house brew and take out from the falafel place down the street. Friendly staff, pleasant patrons.

Great place with a really cool atmosphere. Variety of unique beers and Yip cider (my favourite). The art is cool and there is a neat map of the region on the wall that shows you all the activities to do in that part of New Brunswick. Went on a Tuesday during trivia night, should take a star off because my team didn't win. Will definitely come back to try that red sour beer one day.
