Three Sisters Pale Ale is a hoppy and refreshing American style pale ale that features an assertive mix of citrus and tropical fruit flavor and aroma from our massive whirlpool additions of American Centennial, Citra, and Mosaic hops. A blend of two base malts helps create a subtle malt complexity to complement the hops. The beer is fermented clean and cool with a California ale yeast strain to allow the two dry hop additions of Mosaic hops to leave the beer with a strong and unique tropical fruit nose. Named after the Three Sisters Lamp erected in 1842 at the end of Prince William Street to welcome visitors to the Saint John Harbor by guiding them safely into port. Point Blanc IPA is a crisp and smooth New England style IPA that pours a hazy yellow / amber color and has an intense citrus & grapefruit aroma. Brewed with a blend of Maris Otter malt from Simpson’s malting in the UK and wheat, this beer has a light toasted malt presence that helps balance the high bitterness from the large whirlpool hop additions of Citra, Centennial, and Mandarina Bavaria. The beer is fermented cool with our Vermont yeast strain to give it a clean flavor profile with a hint of fruit to compliment the hops. With a medium body, high carbonation, and aggressive hop flavor and bitterness, this beer is a great fall IPA.

Backslide IPA is a smooth and refreshing New England style IPA brewed with loads of El Dorado, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops. This beer pours a hazy golden yellow with a persistent head that gives off an intense aroma of ? citrus ?, pineapple ? and mango that lingers long after the pour. The beer has a moderately high bitterness that is balanced against a slight sweetness from the New England water profile. With a medium-light body and smooth mouthfeel, this beer delivers waves of tropical fruit flavor that lingers on the palate.

Pink Dwarf is a tart and refreshing Berliner Weisse brewed with all natural tart dwarf cherries and a blend of German wheat and pilsner malt. This unfiltered german style wheat beer pours bright pink with a thick persistent white head that gives way to a sour cherry aroma reminiscent of cherry pie. The natural tartness of the dwarf cherries is complimented by a house blend of four different lactobacillus strains that compliment the fruit flavor and add complexity to the finished beer. With a light body, high carbonation, and a wonderful cherry flavor complimented by a subtle doughy malt backbone, this beer is the perfect summer patio beer.

Refraction is a session IPA that results from our quest to use innovative brewing techniques to pack as much flavor and aroma into a low ABV beer as possible. At 4% ABV and 50 IBU this beer punches well above its weight. Brewed with Citra and Perle and dry hopped heavily with two rounds of fresh Vic Secret hops from Australia, this beer has an intense aroma of tropical fruit with some awesome pineapple and passionfruit notes accompanied by moderate citrus aromas of grapefruit and tangerine. The beer pours a hazy yellow with a white head that gives way to some incredible hop aroma, has a surprising medium-light body and a smooth mouthfeel that finishes lightly sweet with a lasting tropical fruit flavor.

Svelt Pils, is a Czech pilsner brewed in the classic Czech tradition with ingredients sourced directly from the Czech Republic. It beer pours a brilliant gold with a crisp white head that gives off a wonderful bready malt aroma complemented by a truly unique herbal and floral hop aroma from authentic Czech Saaz hops. With a complex bready malt flavor and pleasant floral notes, moderate bitterness, and smooth finish that strikes the perfect balance between malt flavor and Czech hops this beer is packed with character. This beer was brewed using traditional Czech decoction mashing and lagered for 60 days with our classic pilsner yeast. Svelt pils is a clean easy drinking lager filled with character that will leave you saying “dalsi pivo!”

Duplex is a New England IPA brewed with a few of our favorite hops, Citra and Simcoe, and a new favorite Enigma, an Australian hop with a truly unique aroma profile that is a blend of tropical fruit and white wine. The resulting beer has a big upfront American hop aroma of citrus and pine that gives way to a tropical fruit and pinot gris wine flavor. The huge hop character in this beer is complimented by a moderate bitterness, medium body, and high carbonation.

Pineapple Blonde is a New Zealand Blonde ale brewed with fresh pineapple and dry hopped with the sought after New Zealand super hop, Nelson Sauvin. The beer pours a brilliant yellow with a crisp white head that gives off a wonderful aroma of fresh pineapple and a hint of grape from the Nelson Sauvin hops. The initial malty sweet flavor from the blend of 2-row and malted wheat used is complemented by the fresh pineapple flavor that lingers on the palate. A light bitterness from the boil hops helps to round out the flavor of this beer resulting in an extremely sessionable blonde ale that balances the fresh fruit, malt and hops. Made with only grains, yeast, hops, and fruit, this beer is unfiltered and meant to be enjoyed fresh.

Parrtown Pale Ale has a rich, full bodied, biscuity malt flavor characteristic to the style. The rich malt body is balanced with a firm bitterness from East Kent Golding hops that impart a subtle herbal and floral aroma to the finished beer. Named after the area in Saint John where the British loyalists landed in 1783, this beer brewed from only malted barley, hops, yeast, and water represents a flavorful style that has dominated English ales after its introduction in 1777.

Style: Sour - Berliner Weisse

Peach Giant is a tart German style Berliner Weisse that pours a hazy orange pint with a persistent white head that gives off a tremendous peach aroma. The sweet flavor and aroma of peach is complimented by a light doughy sweetness from the mix of German wheat and pilsner malt used in the mash. The mash is soured using our house strain of four different lactobacillus species resulting in a complex and refreshing sour profile that compliments the stone fruit flavor. After the initial fermentation has completed, we pile as much peach as we can into the fermentor and allow it to referment before cold crashing and kegging. The result is a light bodied sessionable summer beer that is bursting with peach flavor and aroma.

Rustic Ryed is a Rye IPA dry hopped with copious amounts of Cascade, Simcoe, and Equinox hops. It pours a reddish amber color and gives off an intense aroma of citrus and pine that is complimented by a hint of peppery malt aroma from the malted rye and marris otter base malt. The large whirlpool additions of Cascade and Equinox give this beer a great citrus flavor balanced by a light grainy spiciness from the malted rye.

On Call IPA is a 2.5% 35 IBU micro IPA that is unbelievably refreshing and packed with hop flavor. Our goal was to create a truly refreshing, low alcohol summer beer that was still packed with hop flavor and aroma. We have never brewed a beer quite like this before and it was made possible by some incredible yeast from our friends at Imperial Yeast and top quality citra and mosaic hops. This beer pours a hazy golden yellow and gives off a refreshing stone fruit and citrus aroma, it is alarmingly easy drinking and has just the right amount of body and carbonation to leave you looking for another pint.

“Theo” is a tart Berliner Weissbier brewed with a blend of 100% German Pilsner and Wheat malt and soured with our house lacto strain. Sweet cherry and pomegranate purée is added during fermentation to give the beer a delicious fresh fruit character that compliments the classic German style.

Style: Winter Warmer

Trap Setter is a malty and complex winter warmer designed to help you make it through these long Atlantic Canadian winters. This beer has a wonderful fruity aroma of raisin and dark plum complemented by a soft floral hop aroma and subtle toasted notes. It pours a rich mahogany color with a crisp white head and has a rounded, full body and light carbonation. It finishes with layers of complex sweet malt flavor from the top quality Maris Otter and crystal malts from Simpsons Malting in the UK and some of our favorite malts from Castle Malting in Belgium. This beer is named after the boats used by the fishermen that head out into the bay in the middle of winter to drop their traps and haul in their catch keeping maritime traditions alive!

Starlight is a German style pilsner brewed with 100% German Pilsner malt from @weyermann_specialty_malts and some incredible Hallertauer tradition hops grown from @darlingsislandfarmer . This beer pours a brilliant gold color with a crisp white head and gives off a pleasant grainy-sweet aroma with hints of light honey from the pilsner malt and a wonderful fresh herbal aroma from the classic Hallertauer tradition hops grown right here in NB. This beer is incredibly easy drinking, with crisp hop bitterness that compliments a light malt sweetness and herbal hop flavor. This beer was cold fermented and lagered for 60 days before making it into cans giving it a clean flavor profile to show off the incredible local hops and German pilsner malt.

Stonehammer saison is a crisp and refreshing French saison brewed with a blend of german wheat and pilsner malt. This unfiltered farmhouse style ale pours a hazy golden yellow with a persistent white head that gives off an unmistakably tangerine aroma from the Mandarina Bavaria hops. The beer has a natural spicy and fruity flavor from the blend of belgian and french yeast strains used in fermentation complimented by a soft wheat malt character. This light bodied and well carbonated beer is crisp, refreshing, and flavorful. Brewed with only grain, yeast, hops, and water this beer has loads of natural character.

Crush is a German style weissbier based off our Württemberg Weissbier recipe that is brewed with blood oranges and several pounds of orange zest from our friends at Pete’s Frootique in the City Market. It pours a beautiful orange color with a crisp, persistent, white head that gives off a wonderful fresh orange aroma with a hint of clove from the Bavarian yeast strain used to ferment the beer. The fresh orange flavor is complimented by a pleasant bready malt body from the german wheat used in the mash. The beer finishes clean with a lingering orange and citrus flavor from the oranges, zest, and Summit hops. This beer is incredibly easy drinking and refreshing at 5% ABV and 15 IBU.

Hop Series El Dorado is brewed with 100% El Dorado hops and has an intense tropical fruit aroma of pineapple, mango, watermelon and stone fruit. We revised our base recipe to give the finished beer a softer mouthfeel and a slight sweetness on the finish to accentuate the tropical fruit aroma and flavor. A restrained bitterness allows the unique flavor profiles of the El Dorado hops to come through and for this beer to be truly sessionable.

Paradise IPA is a New England style IPA brewed with loads of our favorite hops, citra and mosaic, and finished with 100lbs of grapefruit added just before kegging. This beer has a wonderful citrus and tropical fruit aroma, medium body and a wonderful grapefruit and passionfruit flavor. The beer finishes with a nice balance of malt sweetness and tart grapefruit flavor.
