Point Blanc IPA is a crisp and smooth New England style IPA that pours a hazy yellow / amber color and has an intense citrus & grapefruit aroma. Brewed with a blend of Maris Otter malt from Simpson’s malting in the UK and wheat, this beer has a light toasted malt presence that helps balance the high bitterness from the large whirlpool hop additions of Citra, Centennial, and Mandarina Bavaria. The beer is fermented cool with our Vermont yeast strain to give it a clean flavor profile with a hint of fruit to compliment the hops. With a medium body, high carbonation, and aggressive hop flavor and bitterness, this beer is a great fall IPA.

Brewed with Citra and Perle and dry hopped heavily with two rounds of fresh Vic Secret hops from Australia, this beer has an intense aroma of tropical fruit with some awesome pineapple and passionfruit notes accompanied by moderate citrus aromas of grapefruit and tangerine. Pineapple Blonde is a New Zealand Blonde ale brewed with fresh pineapple and dry hopped with the sought after New Zealand super hop, Nelson Sauvin. The initial malty sweet flavor from the blend of 2-row and malted wheat used is complemented by the fresh pineapple flavor that lingers on the palate. Peach Giant is a tart German style Berliner Weisse that pours a hazy orange pint with a persistent white head that gives off a tremendous peach aroma. The sweet flavor and aroma of peach is complimented by a light doughy sweetness from the mix of German wheat and pilsner malt used in the mash. The mash is soured using our house strain of four different lactobacillus species resulting in a complex and refreshing sour profile that compliments the stone fruit flavor. After the initial fermentation has completed, we pile as much peach as we can into the fermentor and allow it to referment before cold crashing and kegging. The result is a light bodied sessionable summer beer that is bursting with peach flavor and aroma.

Rustic Ryed is a Rye IPA dry hopped with copious amounts of Cascade, Simcoe, and Equinox hops. It pours a reddish amber color and gives off an intense aroma of citrus and pine that is complimented by a hint of peppery malt aroma from the malted rye and marris otter base malt. The large whirlpool additions of Cascade and Equinox give this beer a great citrus flavor balanced by a light grainy spiciness from the malted rye.

Our goal was to create a truly refreshing, low alcohol summer beer that was still packed with hop flavor and aroma. We have never brewed a beer quite like this before and it was made possible by some incredible yeast from our friends at Imperial Yeast and top quality citra and mosaic hops. This beer has a wonderful fruity aroma of raisin and dark plum complemented by a soft floral hop aroma and subtle toasted notes. It finishes with layers of complex sweet malt flavor from the top quality Maris Otter and crystal malts from Simpsons Malting in the UK and some of our favorite malts from Castle Malting in Belgium. This beer pours a brilliant gold color with a crisp white head and gives off a pleasant grainy-sweet aroma with hints of light honey from the pilsner malt and a wonderful fresh herbal aroma from the classic Hallertauer tradition hops grown right here in NB. This beer is incredibly easy drinking, with crisp hop bitterness that compliments a light malt sweetness and herbal hop flavor. This beer was cold fermented and lagered for 60 days before making it into cans giving it a clean flavor profile to show off the incredible local hops and German pilsner malt.

Crush is a German style weissbier based off our Württemberg Weissbier recipe that is brewed with blood oranges and several pounds of orange zest from our friends at Pete’s Frootique in the City Market. It pours a beautiful orange color with a crisp, persistent, white head that gives off a wonderful fresh orange aroma with a hint of clove from the Bavarian yeast strain used to ferment the beer. The fresh orange flavor is complimented by a pleasant bready malt body from the german wheat used in the mash. The beer finishes clean with a lingering orange and citrus flavor from the oranges, zest, and Summit hops. This beer is incredibly easy drinking and refreshing at 5% ABV and 15 IBU.
