ABV: 5.1 IBU: 22
“Slow down, you crazy child…” Inspired by a bike trip to Stowe, VT, and a stop at the Von Trapp Family Brewery, Vienna Waits for You pays tribute to an old-world style and a sleepy town where the pace eased, the roads curved gently, and every stop felt like a moment worth keeping. This Vienna Lager celebrates patience. Built on Weyermann Vienna and Melanoidin malt for a rich, toasty backbone, balanced by the clean snap of German Perle hops and the steady calm of time well spent. Deep copper in colour with a soft, lasting head, it's malt-forward yet crisp — the kind of beer that rewards slowing down. Because as Billy Joel reminds us “You can’t be everything you want to be before your time -but good things wait, and Vienna waits for you.”

Bright, bold, and unapologetically classic — California Dreaming pays homage to the trailblazing IPAs that made us fall in love with hops in the first place. From Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale to early Green Flash and Lagunitas, these West Coast legends defined what it meant for a beer to be bold, bitter, and brilliant. Brewed with Maris Otter, Pilsner, and a touch of Crystal, and hopped with Simcoe, Centennial, and Cascade, California Dreaming bursts with bright grapefruit, pine, and citrus over a clean, dry malt backbone — a salute to the West Coast brewers who made hops the heartbeat of craft. Bright. Bitter. Classic….here’s to California Dreaming
