A blend of American 'C' hops with a healthy dose of Amarillo leads to flavors and aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, with hints of apricot. ABV: 5.2 IBU: 40
An American Blonde Ale, with a Norwegian twist. We use a traditional blonde ale base, add a very healthy dry-hop addition and ferment with Escarpment Laboratories Ebbegarden Kveik Blend. With prominent flavors of guava and mango and aromas of tropical and stone fruit, this is not your average blonde

Style: Cream Ale
ABV: 5 IBU: 15
Cream Ale simply put, is an American ale that drinks like a lager. Our iteration is brewed with malted barley, flaked corn and flaked rice to provide the best of both worlds. The result is a light bodied ale, which is very crisp, finishes dry and will leave you going back for another! This refreshing beer honours our late friend Rutka, who had a gift for gab like no other, which made him a great companion for a cold one.

Style: Farmhouse Ale - Grisette
ABV: 4 IBU: 43
Described as the cousin to the Saison, the Grisette was brewed for the miners? of the Hainaut Province in Belgiuum. Don’t let the haze fool you, this beer is very dry, fresh and bright and owes its appearance and mouthfeel to a generous amount of malted wheat and flakes oats. Brewed solely with Czech hops (Saaz, Premiant and Sladek) gives subtle complexity to the hop profile. 'Touch of Grey' is as much a favorite old song as it is a nod to the simple dress of the brewers themselves. Coming in at 4% and 43 IBU this beer is a necessity for your patio this summer.

Style: Table Beer
ABV: 3.6 IBU: 15
Historically, table beer was a beer for everyone at the table, most prominent in Belgium and France. Modern table beers have a tendency to lean toward a saison. Our iteration of the table beer is a bright crisp thirst quencher with a light body that comes in at 3.6% and 15 IBU. This beer was brewed with fresh grated ginger, coriander and dried orange peel. We fermented warm with our favorite saison yeast to yield notes of pepper, spice and to really bring out the esters from this strain.

Our interpretation of the traditional beer of Cologne, Germany. This hybrid style is first top fermented (like an ale) and cold conditioned (like a lager) which results in a clean, crisp and refreshing beer. Fermented with Escarpment Labs' Kolsch strain, this beer was brewed to celebrate the wedding of one of our brewers! All you, you really need... Good Lovin'

ABV: 7 IBU: 65
Courage, our Black IPA, is equally hoppy and complex. Courage has been crafted from carefully selected dark roasted specialty malts to add coffee and chocolate flavors giving a mild roasted aftertaste. Adding roasted caramel malt, made from rye, gives typical rye flavors and aromas of bread, coffee, dark chocolate and dried fruit. To compliment the complexity of the grain bill, this beer is generously hopped with Citra and Amarillo hops leading to intense citrus flavors and aromas. At 7% ABV, this is one smooth, creamy and complex brew!

Beautiful spot with delicious beers and a good atmosphere near the highway between Moncton and St Jean, NB. We were there on a snowy Friday evening in January, and the place was cozy and welcoming. We really want to see it during the summer with that beautiful terrace and stage for music performances. They have a great selection of delicious beers and a few snacks.
