Style: Pale Ale - American

Flavour packed with a citrusy/grapefruit taste, but balanced with a piney taste as well. Lowish medium clean malt character supports the hops profile. presentation. The balance is more towards the late hops additions. Hop flavor and bitterness often lingers into the finish.

Style: Historical Beer - Kentucky Common

ABV: 5    IBU: 19

A traditional Kentucky Ale which historically includes flaked corn and cluster hops. A dark ruby red colour. It was a popular style of ale from the area in and around Louisville, Kentucky from the 1850s until Prohibition. Can release coming Fall 2023.

Style: Red Ale - American Amber / Red

An Amber Ale with moderate hop flavor from the Cascade hops, which give a slight citrusy quality. Malt flavors are moderate with a little sweetness and some slight caramel flavor. Malt and hop bitterness are balanced.

Brewer Sam's very own creation for those who like a juicy hazy New England IPA. Tons of Citra, Cascade, Centennial and Mosaic with a Pilsner base malt make this hazy boy a hit.
