I have always appreciated Cavok Brewery for their excellent beers and enjoyable atmosphere. We recently visited because of a pop-up collaboration with La Chiquita, which promised a great evening. Initially, everything was perfect. We enjoyed our tacos and drinks, and brought along a family member who recently moved here from a Latin country. She was excited to visit the brewery, having previously enjoyed their beer at Classic Burger. An hour into our visit, our friend decided to purchase a can of beer, which she opened on the spot, unaware of any policy against it. Shortly thereafter, a bartender approached us with a very rude demeanor, holding the can and stating that the cans were for takeaway only due to the associated costs. We understand the necessity of such policies, but there were no signs indicating this and the bartender at the moment of giving to her didn't say absolutely nothing, so it was not mentioned at the time of purchase. Our friend, whose English is limited, felt embarrassed and uncomfortable, and the bartender's aggressive handling of the situation, including how he was holding the can and while explaining the policy, only made things worse. As someone who works in customer service, I recognize the importance of enforcing rules, but the bartender's approach was unnecessarily harsh. The experience left us all feeling unwelcome. I suggest better training for staff on customer interaction to prevent similar incidents. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Cavok Brewery based on this experience.

Solid selection of their own beers on tap with a few rotating guest taps as well. Limited snack menu but outside food is welcome. Pretzels are prepared fresh, so expect a short wait. Would've been nice if it came with some sort of beer cheddar but the warm, buttery pretzel with mustard sufficed.

Great looking bar with a very nice selection of their own brews as well as local beers. They have a serve-yourself popcorn machine which I think is a wonderful touch. The brewery looks nice and clean at the back. You can buy a flight of four 3 or 4oz glasses and pick which beers you wish to sample. I had that, but I'm definitely coming back for more another time.
