Yet another iteration of our wine sorcery, Majik was foeder fermented and then aged for 4 months on all the Concord grape must we could get our purple stained hands on. It’s an enchanting mix of jammy and funky with a bright, tart finish.

ruby red saison hybrid after re-fermenting on second use Marquette grapes. Initial aromas and flavours open with blackberry and floral red wine leading to light stone fruit saison notes. Bottle and keg conditioning gives this grape ale a light sparkle that helps bring out all the lovely features. Our grape ales are a full circle project that combines our love of wine and beer. We gently press the Marquette grapes for our wines than are able to re-use the grapes in this harmonious beverage.

We experimented by oxidizing some organic white wine last fall, blended it with different spices and aromatics to make a vermouth like beverage. Next, 350 litres of "Vermouthish" was blended with a light brett forward barrel aged saison, aged for 8 months and is now in a can for your immediate enjoyment. This one has been changing a lot over the last little while so don’t be afraid to hold onto a couple and see how they transform.

Edit: first of all, still great, meanwhile one event them had one of a worst DJ in the in my life. (definitely could be worse but considering how good they position their great taste of of drinks and interior) Drink is 10/10 but bring your headphone and have your own streaming music service. Wonderful services and 10/10 environment at a 17 degree sunny day. Not gonna say best beer but very tasty and there are way more to explore. first time here and will be back. please don't be a crowded place but stay longer in the city.

Loved my flight. Picked at random and loved them all! Thank you. I drove to Sookram's but was confused where to park. Decided to drive nearby to Low Life and so glad we did! Parking, great friendly service, and selection has for sure become my fave. Thanks again, Low Life! I'll be back!

A superb brewery with funky (good funky!) beers, delicious wines and ciders, and a gorgeous space. Their lager was clean and refreshing, and their sours range from tart and fruity, to incredibly funky. The wines and ciders are worth checking out, too!
