Our Chestnut Ale is a true reflection of the fall. We’ve blended robust caramel and crystal malts to give the brew deep brown amber hues, for an almost warming appearance. But it’s the roasted chestnuts that impart a unique and bold nutty character, complemented by a light level of hops, for a clean but crisp finish. Here’s to fresh air, autumn colours, and fall hikes on our favourite trail. Gold Medalist at the 2017 Canadian Beer Awards in the Herb & Spice Beer Category.

It’s a summer blonde with a twist – literally. We begin with a malty blonde ale, then add grapefruit zest, a little coriander and two types of hops to finish it off. The result is a refreshing grapefruit aromatic, lightly hopped, with a clean citrus finish. It’s the perfect patio beer.

Their grapefruit ale and variable condition ipa are two of my all time favorite! This place has nice laid back feel and family/ dog friendly. Liked potato skin, too. Just wish for a bit more food variety.

We celebrated Mother's Day by having lunch here, sitting on the patio with our dogs and toddler. The staff was incredibly friendly and catered to our needs. Our virgin Caesars were delicious, especially since I usually like mine dirty. The wood-burning pizza was the highlight; it was the best we've had in Whistler. We also enjoyed the Caesar salad and and mussels in coconut curry; they were amazing. Even my son devoured the kids' pasta. Overall, everything was fantastic! The vibe at the restaurant was top-notch, with excellent food, drinks, service, and location, all deserving a 10/10 rating.

Some of the reviews say that they were not helped or that the server was rude. HOWEVER, we did not experience any of that! The server was down to earth, and extremely helpful in selecting a cold beverage to enjoy! The food is pretty typical, but the pizza was delicious. Would highly recommend!

I have a timeshare in Whistler, so I visit Whistler Brewing Co. every year at least once or twice. It's been a bit of a tradition to bring a couple of friends to have a beer and some good food. I must say this year the food was very disappointing. We ordered 2 pizzas, and the potato skins. The chicken Alfredo pizza was terrible, the crust was not fully cooked. I showed the waitress, she took it back to the kitchen and bake it for a few more minutes. It still not very good. Reheating pizza doesn't work! The Canadian pizza tasted like a supermarket frozen pizza, not a $25. Pizza. Then there's the potato skins.. it's was like flavorless mashed potato in a tough skin, with a bit of bacon and little to no cheese. I'm pretty sure my 6 year old granddaughter can make better potato skins. On the bright side, the beer is still good! Not sure if I'm going to be coming back!?!
