Craft Beer is Dead is our exploration with a more classic style of IPA. Initially, we set out to make an American IPA, but that was a few iterations ago. This current version is more of a West Coast/California/Blond IPA style, hopped with Centennial, Citra, and Citra Cryo.

Jellystone is brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and 2 new blends of Cryo hops that were created to target specific flavours and aromas during their interaction with yeast. It has an extremely pleasant, upfront aroma and tastes of raspberry, blueberry, honeydew melon, and sweet ripe fruit.

Our 7th Generation Brewmasters strictly adhere to the Bavarian Purity Laws of 1516, hand-selecting only the choicest malted barley, the finest hops, and the purest mountain spring wa… blah blah blah blah… we put coconut in an IPA and it’s delicious. Coconuts IPA is hazy, dry hopped heavily with Citra and Vic Secret, and finished on some sexy coconut.

Airstream features a brand-new hop from New Zealand called Nectaron, which we flew over in Business Class according to the invoice. Nectaron imparts deep, ripe fruit mostly in the peach and grapefruit realms, at least in this beer. There’s this familiar ’old school’ IPA note on the palate that none of us can really put our finger on, maybe Simcoe hop notes, or, it might be that Nectaron is subtle enough to let a little bit of malt flavour come through (?what?). It also has a very juicy, long finish with a clean bitterness. A fun beer. You know, to enjoy, and have fun with.

Feathergreen is fermented with a thiolized yeast strain and dry-hopped with Simcoe and Citra Cryo. It finishes slightly sweeter than some of our other IPAs and is really pleasant and round. A soft mouthfeel combines with notes of pine resin, grapefruit, and orange zest.

Montserrat is an IPA dry hopped with a large dose of Eclipse, Galaxy, and Citra. We are big fans of the Eclipse Galaxy combination and taste notes of mandarin orange, pineapple, and pine needles with that classic bold Australian hop dankness.

Superflux has an inside ambiance that I've never come across before. It's very open planned, with a Scandinavian vibe inside. At least, that's what I felt. And I thought it was great. It's very clean and nothing really messing with your view, so you can see all around the brewery. They don't do flights. They do 3 Half Pours, which is more generous than you would get in a standard flight. My server was very helpful in figuring out what I wanted, and she always checked up and refilled my water even if there wasn't much gone. You can get all types of beer, but I tried Colour & Shape (IPA) and thought it was the best of the beers I sampled. They also serve cider and wine if you don't desire beer. There was a small selection of food, mainly hot dogs, it appeared. The only minor niggle I found was that the menu font is hard to read. The print is tiny.

Superflux is easily one of the best breweries around, and if you're a fan of hazy, juicy IPAs, this place is a must-visit. Their lineup is consistently impressive, but Colour & Shape is on another levelperfectly balanced with just the right amount of citrus, tropical fruit, and a smooth finish that keeps you coming back for more. Beyond the beer, the vibe at Superflux is top-tier. The branding, the atmosphere, and even the food (if you get the chance to grab a bite) all add to the experience. It's the kind of place where you can try something new and trust that it'll be good. Whether you're an IPA lover or just looking for a quality brew, Superflux delivers. Highly recommend!

Great brewery! Great hot dogs! Their beer has a good quality definitely has thicker and rich taste! Tons of great ipa options. They have 3 pours for trying different beers for 15 bucks higher than other breweries price but it is worth it! You can order food there too! Not a food truck style so its available when shop is open! Nice and clean atmosphere! Great hang out place with friends! Review from the Grey chef

We stopped by to grab some beer and it turned out to be one of the coolest breweries in Vancouver! They have various IPA, which were all amazing! The hot dogs are also a must try :) Will definitely come back to try more beer here!

Good tasting beer, but even for local brewery the price is too high in my opinion just to add heavy fruit. Overall the beer was good, foods were just mediocre at best, and didn't expect actually potato chips, when they wrote chips that come with hotdogs (was thinking fries like fish and chips :p) It was just okay experience but the atmosphere was really pretty so gonna bump up the rating a bit
