This spot has a nice outdoor space and inside it has a cool atmosphere. Definitely, fun on a summer's night and seems like it would be cozy in the winter. Beer was good, but it didn't knock my socks off. I only had two beers their red and dark. I might up my rating when I go back and try a few more of their beers. They won gold for one of their beers this year, so they must be able to make some excellent beers; unfortunately, the beer they won gold for is not currently on tap. The Jamaican Patty was meh. I would only order from the food truck next time I go. People around me seemed to really enjoy their burgers.

Decided to go to Steel & Oak for the first time since I live in New Westminster and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered a german pilsner and it had a very nice taste, ended up having 3, my son had a Dickies Ginger/strawberry Ginger beer . Also had a warm pretzel and we had cheese burgers and fries from the food truck Between Two Buns. Great outdoors seating and the girl serving us was so cheerful and friendly she also gets a 5 star rating.

Limited beers but good tasting ones. The patio is pet friendly and can hold up to 5 people if you want a rain proof roof. They do have a couple of other outdoor seating but it's an open roof one. Do try their stouts and standard lager- really loved the taste. Kodos to the bartenders, they are lovely. It's a must try for me if you're around the locality!

A great New Westminster brewery with great craft beer selection and good music. The vinyl they play makes the mood, usually food truck available but they have good food to enjoy as well. I recommend if in the area

Popped in on our way home from Vancouver late Sunday afternoon and was blown away by the great selection of beer and fast and friendly service. Being an IPA lover, I was happy to see they had 3 choices which were ALL good! We were also happy to see they had a food truck there - Between 2 Buns. Such a great burger - and their fries were delicious too! Definitely recommend Steel and Oak! Looking forward to returning again soon!
