We were in the eatery side. Taste profiles of the food are average. Texture of the soup of the day is not smooth but of concern, the serving temperature was luke warm. Pizza was also served warm and not piping hot. Fried foods were fine.
When I asked the server what the soup of the day was after it was served (I just wanted soup and didn't care until after I had it) the server said "we don't know, we were told it was broccoli and stuff" which was one of the most bizarre answers I have ever heard.
I don't think I will come back.

I recently visited Monkey 9 Brewing and overall, it was a great experience. The food was delicious and definitely worth the value. I mean on Monday they have 59 cent wings! The craft beers are great too! The variety of options on the menu was impressive. However, I did notice that some of the dishes I ordered were not as hot in temperature as I would have preferred. Despite this minor issue, the taste and quality of the food was still fantastic. The only downside to my visit was that the prices on the menu did not match what was advertised for the Monday night special (big beers); signs say $7 and online as well, when I got my bill $7.50. Nevertheless, the friendly and attentive server & mgr made it right and corrected the price. Overall, I would recommend giving Monkey 9 Brewing a try for their tasty food and great value. I'll be back.

We used to love this place, but if I could give zero I would. Been going to Monkey 9 for years now, best wings, best price, good vibes. One of our favourite spots. Seven 10 social is anything but. Horrible service. We waited 15min to be greeted, another 15 for one of our drinks and another 10 after that for the other drink. Jumping from $17 to $25 for wings is crazy and they came out dry and cold. Our server was extremely slow. We didn't get quality checked, there were dishes all over tables and we only noticed 1 staff member actually working with any sense of urgency. We're honestly in shock at the unfortunate turnaround of this place compared to our past experiences. We won't be back and if you haven't been I would recommend choosing somewhere else.

Service is very slow. Management was terrible at customer service. A shared opinion amongst patrons there at the same time as us. Sunday, October 20th between 1-3pm. Portions were small for the price and 3/5 items in our order were burnt. To which Management stated she checks all the food prior, then once I showed her what the kids left in burnt crust and pretzels, she made every excuse in the book how it was my fault I didn't cancel my order for waiting so long so would charge me for everything. There was clearly a whole story from arrival to departure though the best part was my kids even got to experience the colorful words the manager was yelling at her own Staff for all the patrons to hear from the bar. Our table got to watch 3 other tables up and leave due to the wait and see other parents go up to the staff to inquire about the wait times in complete frustration. Out of all the different owners, staff and management we've experienced at this location, the current manager is the worst. See below for the margarita pizza my kids were served after an hour wait. They were so hungry and this pizza barely served 4 kids

Used to like this place when it was still Monkey 9 brewing. Went today for the first time as Splitsville and it was very disappointing. We were a large party reservation and my fiance and I arrived first.
Upon being seated at our table was still sticky and had bits of paper napkins stuck to it. Then when water was brought to us, we got glasses of water and then the rest of the table got clear plastic cups (kinda odd since the two of us got served actual glasses).
While waiting for everyone else to arrive we ordered a couple of appies and were dissatisfied with what we received. We ordered the pull apart garlic bread and coconut fried shrimp. The "garlic bread" was basically just 6 small brioche buns with cheese on it, the only thing "pull apart" about it was just separating the buns individually. The buns were soft instead of crusty like what a garlic bread should be. The coconut fried shrimp was even more of a disappointment. For $14.50 we got 7 puny breaded shrimp that looked like something bought from the frozen section of a grocery store. The sauce dip was very liquid and didn't stick to the shrimp like a dip should.
Everything else we ordered in terms of drinks and mains were very average, but for the mentioned reasons above we will not be returning.
