Hazy light blonde appearance with nice frothy head. Strong dank aroma from Mosaic dry hop. Aroma has some mango with citrus on the nose. It's light bodied, less malty with no lingering bitterness. Poundable!!

Light in appearance with no crystal malts used. Wanted the hops to have nothing to interfere and standout. Dank, upfront hop aroma with earthy tones and follow all the way through with dry aftertaste.

Passionfruit (our secret weapon) 0ibu all fruit aroma. Soured from lactobacillus (yogurt) then a quick boil, and then held overnight. It's got a strong punch of passionfruit, a flavour which is unforgettable. The wheat provides a nice smooth mouthfeel and allows for a nice frothy head unlike some berliner weisse's. All you're left with is that sour aftertaste that so many are into these days. And wine drinkers alike.

Dark, looks malty but tricks you with how smooth and easily drinkable it is. Nice roasted light body and almost crushable. Some chocolate and raisin aroma. We took it easy on the hops for you with this one.

Tart Cherry was added to our Dark Saison that we aged for 6 months in White Oak Foeders. Notes of Cherry, wild Brett aroma with chocolate malt undertones... it’s like a Black Forest Cake in a glass!
