Introducing Carolina, a 5.5% abv saison. She has notes of straw and spice and a subtle tartness. This yeast was isolated from blueberries in South Carolina (SouthYeast Labs) and brewed with our spring-fed well and a blend of pils malt and wheat. We hope you enjoy this aromatic, hazy brew.

Brewed with a strain of kveik (yeast) from Norway. Mashed in an infusion of juniper and noble hops. This yeast breaks all rules and ferments best at 35C! Expect a nose of orange peel and Christmas spices compliments of the yeast. Enjoy!

I absolutely love this place. They make amazing beer and cider in multiple varieties and their prices are more the reasonable. I highly recommend stopping by in the summer on a Thursday evening when they have the pizza oven going. Their pizza is thin crust and lovingly crafted to perfection. I have been going here since I discovered them last summer and will continue to do so.

This place has the absolute best vibes!! Such a cozy little interior for listening to live music and enjoying a yummy cider or beer, and the outside space has so much charm too. A gorgeous pond sits beside the firepit, and there are lots of chairs for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. I went with my family for a market, and it was a great outing! My first time there, but absolutely won't be my last!!
