Use of flaked corn to give slightly sweet but light body. Use of flaked rice to give snappy flavors and lighten the body. Unfiltered but uses a fining agent to remove any unwanted proteins for a bright appearance. Lagered for over a month on top of yeast to remove any undesirable flavors. Hopped with Idaho 7 and Mosaic for fruit notes.
