It’s essentially the same as Dr. Beak, but 2x the dry hop and more chloride forward water profile. Plague Doctor’s stuffed hops in their beaks to ward off evil miasma. Homebound stuffed hops in this IPA to ward off evil big business imitations of a beer best made by people you know, served fresh, and bursting with hop flavor.

Complexity and balance. This stout balances roasted, bitter and smooth within the "sweet" spot we really like to enjoy and brew the style in. The recipe reflects a success in experimentation that took many iterations to discover (we tend to move slow and have to learn things the hard way), and we think is unique to our brewing journey.

Distinctly different from the Dr. & Super Beak series, Riddle me a single dry hop IPA featuring Vic Secret, with unique bitterness building upon hazy east coast yeast accentuating a honey malt forward grain bill.

Deep orange in color from Maker’s Vienna, with moderate bitterness backing floral and citrus aromas from a dry hop of Citra Cryo. Pairs well with organizing Matryoshka dolls or contemplating Reynold’s curve according to Newlands-Mendelejeff’s periodic law.

The stout is back. This time with the addition of real Canadian Maple Syrup fully fermented out for an added dryness and subtle maple finish. In cans, for growler fills and on tap.

It's simply just really great beer. Try and only have 1 is the challenge. Really great taste, and in a nice friendly atmosphere. (Growler fills too) I will most definitely be a regular, it is worth the 10-15 min drive.

Wow .. Homebound Brewery is fantastic!! We had a lovely welcome and the owner was kind and attentive. We had a double cheeseburger, I will never eat a burger anywhere else now, only from here. It was awesome, and cooked to perfection. I'll take a photo next time, everyone should be eating here, and tasting their beer. The beer was great, a unique taste and really enjoyable !! This is certainly going to be a regular place for us to visit.

Great spot for a beer and eats. Bruschetta, garlic fries, cheeseburger and Black EyePA. Too bad we don't live closer, support this brewery if you get the chance
