L'évolution de la West Coast IPA dans l'ouest est phénoménale. Nous avons donc calqué cette évolution dans la Proxima. Versus une NEIPA, qui est plus ronde et crémeuse, le new age de la West Coast amène de ces caractéristiques aromatiques tout en gardant le côté résineux, amère mais sans le côté caramel. On a donc ici une bière pale, résineuse et avec une bonne touche d'amertume mais soutenue par des notes juicy que nous apporte le Nectaron et Simcoe. Le Simcoe joue sur 2 fronts en même temps, donc en conjonction avec le Columbus cryo, nous avons une bière dank, juicy, légèrement résineuse avec des arômes de pêche, agrume et pamplemousse.
