Cette Red Ale présente une complexité surprenante. Au nez, elle dégage des arômes dominants de seigle et de biscuits sucrés. En bouche, des flaveurs d’abricots confits et de fruits secs se déploient grâce aux esters produits par la levure. La buse est brassée avec les houblons québécois Nugget et Golding ainsi que le Mosaïc. Style très apprécié au Québec, la Red Ale rappelle les couleurs d'automne, tout comme cet oiseau qui s'observe particulièrement à cette période de l’année.

Visited on August 4, 2018, in the evening. Located in front the beach in a converted house, with an inn on the second floor (not part of the brewpub), parking is very much a premium in the afternoon, not as much after 6 PM. Inside is very small a few tables and about 5 stools at the bar, plus a tiny boutique with beers and merchandise. The patio/lawn space is double the size of the inside, with swing set, tables, benches and a great view of the St. Lawrence River. Despite being busy, the service was good and and friendly. The beer selection look big, but many were not available, still what I have was nice and clean, far from original. The food selection is thin but quite nice, I had a all meat pizza. One of the less touristy place in town!

Stopped here at the end of the day for a beer and some food. Beer was very tasty, exceptional IPAs and smooth Ales! Location was great with seating outside overlooking the bay. The staff were very knowledgeable of the beers giving some great recommendations. However, the food leaves something to be desired, while tasty the pizza was clearly frozen before and could use an upgrade. Overall a great experience, I will be back for a beer soon!

Enjoy the beer and the view but skip the food. The beer was fine and the view/atmosphere is great but the food was sad - a selection of warmed up frozen products it felt like. Very busy when we were there but service was friendly.

I loved this place. We sat outside enjoying the cool Tadoussac air and gorgeous view! I liked the smaller size drinking glasses! The Imperial stout was creamy and delicious! The chocolate was very complimentary with the beer! I enjoyed munching on the spicy olives and pickles! Our servers were great! There is a limited food menu but excellent beer options.
