Brewed 100% with malts from Quebec, balanced with English hops & fermented with English yeast, this beer displays a beautiful marriage of flavours like caramel, fresh bread, and hints of spice. The first beer we brewed when we started the brewery. Brewed with Canadian-grown malts and German hops, this ale spends a couple of weeks at near-freezing temperatures which makes it super clean, refreshing, and a hint of fruits like pear and melon. La première bière que nous avons brassée lorsque nous avons ouvert notre brasserie. Avec des malts canadiens et du houblon allemand, cette bière mature à des températures très basses ce qui la rend douce, rafraîchissante et légèrement fruitée. Layers on layers of hops, this beer is no BULL! Fortement houblonnée avec du Citra, Simcoe et Mosaic, cette bière est grosse, juteuse et douce, pleine de saveurs de fruits tropicaux comme la mangue, le pamplemousse, la mandarine, et une note résineuse. Avec toutes ces couches de houblon, tu ne niaises pas avec cette bière!

Un arôme d'ananas, de mangue et de pamplemousse t’hypnotise, tu es soudainement perdu dans une brume, puis il pose ses griffes sur toi et t’attire pour une bouchée ... tu te réveilles du rêve et te dirige vers KBC pour un autre 4 pack!

Back in 2013, Head Brewer, Drew, went on a road trip in California and was blown away by the IPA movement out there at the time. It was crazy to him to think that something with such bitterness, big citrus and pine aroma, and a dry finish fit so well with the heat, beaches, and surfing. En 2013, notre Brasseur en chef, Drew, a fait un road trip en Californie et a été époustouflé par le mouvement d'IPA à l'époque. C'était fou pour lui de penser que quelque chose avec une amertume si présente, les arômes d'agrumes et de pin avec un finale sèche, s'accordait si bien avec la chaleur, les plages et le surf.

The “Big John Sandwich” is a roadside gas station staple and to honour its existence, we brewed a big IPA with loads of hops that oozes tropical and citrus fruits. Nommée d'une créature insaisissable qui traque la Nation Haudenosaunee, cette bière est intrépide et elle saute vraiment ... en saveur et arômes! Avec des saveurs denses d'agrumes, de marmelade d'orange et de fruits tropicaux mûrs, ce Monkey Dog est potentiellement aussi dangereux que le vrai!

This Imperial Stout was aged 14 months in a Wild Turkey Bourbon barrel and then blended with a younger Imperial Stout with vanilla. The result is dark, bold, and slightly boozy with notes of molasses, roasted coffee, and charred wood. Good night!

As a continuation of our Building Bridges series and a follow-up to a monumental collaboration with BG Brasserie Urbane called "Premier Lien", it made perfect sense to pay homage to the Quebec Bridge wich is dear to many families in Quebec as well as Kahnawake. This stout is brewed woth our homemade salted caramel as well as a healthy dose of fleur de sel and vanilla.
