C'est une rousse très moelleuse à la fluidité insaisissable et à la robe voilée. Sa dégustation laisse sur son passage une saveur douce de blé caramélisé. La finale offre une amertume rafraîchissante. Son nom rappelle le spectacle à grand déploiement du même nom. 5 %.

Its name is reminiscent of the breathtaking view of Cap Trinité (Trinity Cape) on the Saguenay Fjord.
