Our IPA is an amber-colored brew brimming with hops that will make your pallet discover the characteristic bitterness of hops, as well as its floral aromas. Upon tasting, this bitterness blends beautifully with the delicate malt flavors and alcohol to produce a complex yet integrated beer. Our India Pale Ale is unfiltered in order to maintain maximum flavour.

Super nice employees! Explained the history of the company and the various tasting notes of their beers. They even have a great non-alcoholic selection too!

Had a sample of the hibiscus beer - OMG so good. Staff is extra friendly! My one issue is there is no easy access - big flight of stairs to go up there. Otherwise awesome place to sample or purchase beer and related items.

Haven't been to the brewery yet but really enjoy the beer. Best in Canada so far and I've been sampling many local brews. I really enjoy the Rousse. Bartender says it had a hint of maple. To me, it is not sweet, smooth with a fine finish.

The beer is great, Boreale is one of my favorite beers, so I went there with a happy demeanor, eager to get a growler. The actual shop is kind of hidden, on the side of the headquarters. Once up the stairs, the ambiance in the shop is young and hip, there's branded shirts, caps, bottle openers glasses etc. Most clothing has a price tag, but I couldnt see any on any beer product, even the generic 6-pack fridge. No special edition cases either, yet I know they have 30years specials in store at the moment Service was a bit slow, which is fine as it was busy on a friday evening, but they also didn't listen.. The guy in front of me was asked what he'd like as tasting, but then the server didn't listen, so he had to repeat. When he ordered his 2 gallons, the new server looked away, and had to ask again what he wanted. On my turn, I asked for a specific one, but the server heard my order wrong, I stopped hom before he started pouring and told him I wanted the other one, he then looked at me and said "but you said the other one", and I had to confirm twice again that I wanted the one I wanted.. Still no pricing on any of the beer. To be fair, while the service was horrible, confusing and off-putting, the beer was amazing, I hope they can work on this shop and make it customer friendly.

Terrible business ethics reflect the ordinary uninspiring beer selection. After two near collisions with the same delivery truck (#56 if you are wondering) & driver I reached out to Boral's office to report one of their drivers are dangerous. I could not reach anyone on the phone so I left a message and then emailed. That was weeks ago and there has yet been any response. I take it the business has questionable personalities from the top down. I do not recommend supporting this company. Especially when there are many better brew options in Quebec! Bye bye now.
