Style: Sorghum / Millet Beer
ABV: 6 IBU: 76
A true little bomb of flavours, it presents a perfect harmony between citrus aroma, hop freshness and bitterness. This beer guarantees a soft contact with taste buds, releasing apricot and soft caramel notes. Its exacerbated dry side makes its bouquet of flavours shine and ensures its good aromatic persistence.

The Glutenberg blonde is a gluten-free ale made from millet. Floral hops, white pepper and lemon zest aromas gives it a beautiful and charming nose. The mouth bursts with white flowers, citrus and spicy flavours. With just a hint of bitterness to balance out the sweetness of the millet and the corn, this beer offers a truly refreshing taste.

A savoury concoction with citrusy notes, this beer perfectly showcases the brewery’s versatility. Its orange and grapefruit aromas softly temper the straight-up character of American hops by endowing it with a slight touch of bitterness. The result is a delectable, balanced, resinous and full-bodied beer.

Proudly echoing British brown ales, the Glutenberg Red stands out by the great complexity of its creation and taste. Brewed using two types of chestnuts, each requiring a specific roasting method, this unctuous beer with a roasted nut fragrance reveals unique flavours of caramel and coffee.

The Glutenberg White's distinction lies in its quinoa and amaranth composition, which endows it with a noticeable grainy profile, ensuring a steady mouth-feel. Soft and refreshing, with hints of coriander and curaçao, the White is the perfect nectar to quench your thirst.

Style: Sour - Traditional Gose
ABV: 3.5 IBU: 15
The Glutenberg Gose is qualified as a sour beer. Its lime and lemon aromas are enriched by the floral and fruity profile of Mandarina Bavaria hops and by a touch of acidity resulting from lactobacilli fermentation. Finally, a pinch of sea salt gives the Gose sweet and salty notes, resulting in a tangy beer with a dry and bold finish.

WARNING - Glutenberg Blonde Beer, with an October 26th, 2021 best before date have gone bad. The spoiled beer has happened with 2 separate 4 packs that were purchased in December of 2020. The beer tastes spoiled, as if the indegredients went bad. With the LCBO not taking returns, I would recommend NOT purchasing the beer until this issue has been resolved. I have sent multiple emails and voicemails, that have gone unanswered. Furthermore, if you are calling the brewery directly, you will need to be fluent in French. The English options revert back to French, after a selection is made. The CEO, CFO, accounting, and brewers do not have voicemail. Only the marketing coordinator (ext 213), is able to have a voicemail left. Bar code is also referenced in the attached pictures. I have bought this beer in the past and it has been good. But as of right now, I would encourage patrons (especially in South-Western Ontario) to refrain from buying the Blonde Gluentenberg 4-packs until this gets resolved.

Finally tried this after discovering it at Whole Foods. There has been no real choices in gluten free beer for a while but this one mimics a local crafted beer that's one of my favorites. Was surprised to find the IPA was really good!!! Love the hazy lemony flavor. Way to go Glutenberg for making us gluten free dieters have a really great choice!

It's a great gluten free beer! They're French so customer service is a fascist concept for them!

Gutenberg ipa is my go to beer after being diagnosed with celiac disease. I have purchased more ipa in the lcbo than most other customers. However, two years ago there was a recall for all glutenbergs which kept it off the shelves for months. Here we are again two years later with all lcbo outlets left with no supply for a month now. This company is very inconsistent. !! I'm now at the point where I may boycott this product due to eradicate supply and inconsistent availability. Some lcbo outlets carry it , while others dont. There aren't many good options for celiacs. The only option for me is glutenberg ipa as other companies can't figure out how to make a good gluten-free beer. However, I have been asking craft breweries to try and make one. Hopefully there's competition around the corner because I can't take the let- down of no glutenberg for months on end. Please people , get your business in order. How can you be so inconsistent !! Trust me, you're losing a good customer!! Signed by a disappointed customer, Mike Morley
