Our Grapefruit Radler blends real grapefruit juice and our Craft Lager for crisp refreshment with an ever-so-slightly bitter finish. Hallertau hops and traditional small-batch brewing combine to make this the perfect decision on a hot day. Simply put — it’s crisp and uber refreshing!

When it comes to brewing, we take things slow. Our full-bodied Amber is slow-aged with Northern White Oak, bringing out the rich flavours of cluster and Hallertau hops, roasted rye malt and a special distiller's malt. Slightly woody and surprisingly drinkable, our Amber proves that crafting strong beer is an art form worth the effort – and the wait.

We stopped in on a Friday night to enjoy some live music. The staff were amazing from the moment we walked through the door until we left. The drinks and atmosphere were great. Possibly the best pizza I've ever had. I would be happy to return!

We just stopped here for a quick bite to eat. I didn't love the beers they had on tap so those were left unfinished but good to try out. Food wise, the two items we ordered were really good! The pretzel you need to eat while the dip is still hot and it will be amazing, the longer it's left the harder the dip gets which isn't as good. The Full Boar Nachos were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it!

I've been coming to the Waterloo Brewing Company beer store for years for great prices on local beer and seltzers. The wife and I decided to finally try their food and restaurant on Friday afternoon and we were not disappointed. We ordered the pulled pork nachos and they were delicious. Reasonably priced, as were the beers on tap. Carlsberg has purchased them now but that hasn't seemed to effect the store or restaurant in any way. The servers were very friendly and we really enjoyed the beautiful evening on their patio. We will return soon!

YES!!! So glad we made the sketchy drive yesterday, beat the weather & enjoyed a couple hours enjoying some brews & playing Uno. The staff we friendly & helpful. The place was spotless, even on a super snowy day (any snow/wetness tracked in was quickly looked after). Plenty of seating to be had & eventually the place filled in a bit. Wonderfully decorated! Super easy to get to with plenty of parking. Close to some key highlights that end of Kitchener. The shop, just to the side of the tap house, is well stocked & staffed with some lovely ladies. All in all it was a great experience & we can't wait to go back in the spring/summer when they open their patio.
