This is no ordinary IPA. Our coarsely filtered India Pale Ale is loaded with grapefruit, orange peel and piney aromas from several kilos of different American hops. The pronounced bitterness hits the palate first and is delicately balanced with international specialty malts.

‘Road Block’ is a German Style Doppelbock. Long cool fermentation results in a deceptively easy drinking beer. German malts give this beer a bready, malt forward flavour which is enhanced by moderate bitterness. The resulting ‘Road Block Doppelbock’ is a full flavoured, brown coloured strong lager – enjoy responsibly!

The complex but refreshing character of our collaboration pale ale comes principally from the Austrailian Galaxy Hops. While these provide a nice balanced bitterness, the Galaxy hops also impart a distinct tropical passion fruit flavour. The tropical fruit nose is complimented by the robust malty body in this refreshing unfiltered brew.

Riverside Brewery Brown Ale is a homage by Walkerville Brewery to one of the famous "Original 6" breweries of Windsor Essex founded on Riverside Drive in 1926. Riverside was famed for it's smooth tasting English style Ales and European Lagers. This Brown Ale is rooted in this heritage, light brown, smooth drinking beer, late hopped with English East Kent Goldings.

It is an unfiltered English-style pale ale, refreshing and easy drinking beer with a delicate citrus character from dry hopping. Hofer is one of Windsor-Essex ‘Original Six’ Breweries. Established in 1928 in LaSalle, Hofer Brewery was known as ‘Prohibition’s child’ due to the ample supply of beer from LaSalle to the USA at that time! Al Capone and George ‘Bugs’ Moran were both reputedly customers of the Wellington Hotel next to the Hofer Brewery. Hofer’s Select Ale is a homage to the Brewery.
