Style: IPA - American
ABV: 6.5 IBU: 70
Sleeping Giant Hoppet - an American IPA brewed with 2 row pale ale malt, two different types of caramel malt and a small amount of wheat malt for foam retention. It uses typical Pacific Northwest hops with four additions in the kettle plus additional dry hopping. The aroma and flavour from these hops is citrusy, herbal and some grapefruit. It finishes dry and is quite bitter. Best served slightly cold with a big head to appreciate the aroma. For the hopheads!

A very dry and light bodied beer as well as being highly carbonated to give more of a champagne quality. Magnum hops were added, as well as Citra late in the kettle for aroma. Dry-hopping consisted of a single heavy addition of Motueka which has a "Mojito flavour and aroma".

Style: IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale
ABV: 6.66 IBU: 67
It's the end of the world, where is your beer? The base malt will have some caramel balance to the hopping with some obvious black colour. American hops will be used so citrus, herbal and pine on the aroma and the hop taste. The finish is bitter that clears quickly.

Style: Barleywine - Other
ABV: 7.6 IBU: 54
Krampus Barleywine is a contemplative sipper after a long night of disciplining naughty children. Aromas of caramelized dark fruit, rich maltiness and american oak. Rich malt sweetness and toffee notes finish with a pleasing alcohol warmth. Surprisingly balanced by just enough hop bitterness to drink while young or age longer to let the woody note mellow. Either way, Krampus is happier with a Barleywine than cookies and milk. This beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized. Keep cool. Drink fresh.

ABV: 6.2 IBU: 21
This is a beer designed to be an homage to The Sweet North’s Port Arthur Fog tea latte. It has an English base with the malts and hops while milk sugar is added to mimic the latte. Earl Grey tea is of course the focus of the flavour and aroma with the yeast making sure that fog rolls down the hills of Port Arthur
