Bright, tart and dry Gruit that is initially fruity with hints of strawberry on the nose. An apple pie-like body gives way to pear and white grape, finishing with just a touch of bread sweetness. This Gruit uses wild, Ontario-grown Staghorn Sumac that was harvested by hand.
