The Reckless Rooster does as he pleases. His citrus hop aroma compliments his balanced malt character. He finishes with a refreshing mild bitterness that recklessly lingers on the palette.

The Refreshing light Fryfogel Fox is named after the last remaining Canada Company tavern build along the Huron Tract. In 1828 Sebastian Fryfogel was commisioned to build on the Huron tract close to Shakespeare. Construction of the current inn began in 1844. Not only was it used as a stagecoach stop and inn, but it also brought comminuity together both politically and socially. The building ran as a tavern until 1867 as the Grand Truck Railway was built in 1850 and became the more popular mode of transportation.

Really solid beer at a great price. They also have board games and Big Buck Hunter to play for free! Their washroom is also super clean and full of hilarious quotes.

A great spot to stop in Shakespeare! Great beer and atmosphere - a large outdoor patio in the summer! Lots of varieties of beers with new ones coming out frequently to try too.

Owners were super friendly and the beer flight was good. Small little brewery in a small town. They did a great job inside. Only downfall is they only had 3 of their 5 beers on tap and cans were a little on the pricier side

Absolute 10/10 brewey. Their location is between the firehall and variety story with lots of parking. The owners are fantastic but the beer is the best around here. The Milk Stout they have is a MUST try and their OPA and IPA are out of this world. Pub owners in Stratford need these beers on tap!! They serve draft flights and 12oz glasses, free popcorn, and a place to sit down. Growlers are available on draft as well. Non alcoholic beverages available as well. Also family friendly; said they do food trucks in the summer and tours down to the Fryfogal Tavern so bring the family! The atmosphere is amazing have a Shakespearian style to their layout. Their artwork on the walls are fantastic and a must see. They have board games and crokinole!

Found ourselves unexpectedly in quarantine for 14 days, on New Years Eve! Couldn't get out to purchase our libations and no friends able to do a run for us! Pretty horrible position to be in. I called the Shakespeare brewery and they came to the rescue! Amazing brews and amazing people running the business. I will absolutely recommend this brewery to everyone. I didn't catch the name of the lovely woman who answered the phone and personally delivered our order, but a huge thank you to you and the company.
