  • Lone Pine West Coast IPA

    Style: IPA - American

    ABV: 6.5    IBU: 65

You approach the solitary wind swept pine and it sits stoically upon it's tiny perch of Canadian Shield and you wonder to yourself, "Why does this beautiful tree stand alone?" Then as you step closer, in awe of it's majestic splendour, a branch blows down and slaps you across your face. Sawdust City's Lone Pine IPA is aggressively hopped and bursting with flavours of pine and citrus, loaded with mounds of hops and balanced with a blend of 4 different malts. Like that truculent tree, each glass is like a pine bow across your face. You've been warned!

  • Skinny Dippin' Stout

    Style: Stout - Oatmeal

    ABV: 5.5    IBU: 35

The night is quiet. You’re sitting on the deck with your friends enjoying the warm night air as it blows gently in off the lake. Everything is calm. Then someone yells, “Let’s go skinny dipping!” Chairs scatter, clothes are cast aside and everyone runs madly for the lake. As soul-nourishing as a naked midnight swim, Sawdust City’s Skinny Dippin’ Stout is a full flavoured, velvety smooth, oatmeal stout. Black as oil and crammed to brim with lusciously decadent flavours of chocolate and roasted malts. This massive ale is a delightfully sinful treat. • Juicin'

Style: IPA - New England / Hazy

    ABV: 6    IBU: 45

This hazy, hop-forward IPA showcases the softer side of hops, embracing all their juiciest characteristics while lessening their bitterness. Oats soften and smooth the mouthfeel, and we’re using a unique yeast strain that further emphasizes the fruity flavour. The result is a beer that is glowing, hazy, and as succulent as fresh peaches!

  • The Princess Wears Girl Pants

    Style: Farmhouse Ale - Saison

    ABV: 9    IBU: 35

The Princess wears girlpants. Belgian beers are great. Hops are fantastic. We here at the Sawdust City Brewing Co., know that these are not only obvious statements but also universal truths. We also know that it's easy to take things for granted. So every once and a while it's good to remind ourselves just how important they are. That's why we brewed the Princess Wears Girlpants; A hoppy Muskokan Saison. Loaded with mounds of Ella, Galaxy and Amarillo hops. This aromatic ale is as easy drinking as it is huge, weighing in at 9%, it's the perfect sharing beer. So grab a can, a few glasses and your best friends. • Long Dark Voyage to Uranus

    Style: Stout - Russian Imperial

    ABV: 9.5    IBU: 60

What's in a name? Uranus by any other name would smell so sweet. That was written many eons ago by Toftorg Golshop, Ruler of the Third Empire of Uranus on one of his many voyages to earth (it was stolen and re-written by "you know who" sometime later). And while on earth for one of those trips, Toftorg grew fond of the rich, robust stouts of Northern England. Designed to withstand the grueling intergalactic voyage from Earth to Uranus, "Long, Dark Voyage" is a Uranal Stout of the highest order. Ass puckeringly bitter and dry as a bone, this dark chocolate treat is quite dangerous and can sneak up on you from behind if you don't keep your wits about you. You've been warned!

  • Twin Pines

Style: IPA - Imperial / Double

    ABV: 8.8    IBU: 88

You've tasted our Lone Pine IPA and you've experienced being "slapped across the face with a pine bough". At first it surprised you, then it grew on you, and before long you couldn't wait for that truculent tree to do it again. And now, as you stand there in disbelief, you see not one but two mighty pines looming before you. Are you seeing double? Indeed you are. Twin Pines is everything you love about Lone Pine but with double the pleasure. Huge mounds of hops are balanced perfectly with massive amounts of malt making Twin Pines Double IPA one dangerously delicious ale.

  • Ol' Woody Alt

    Style: Altbier - Traditional

    ABV: 5    IBU: 35

Mahogany glistening off the lake, it's pristine finish shimmering as it skips effortlessly across the water. The gentleman driver leans back and relaxes, letting the cool lake wind blow through his hair. These images of classic wood power boats populate the memories Muskoka and lakes across North America. And to commemorate the this bygone era, Sawdust City has brewed a beer as pristine as the boats that once ruled our waters. • Gnarnia Lil' IPA

    Style: IPA - Session

    ABV: 5.5    IBU: 20

This L’il IPA is perfect for crushin’ after a long ride on the trails or a slow, reflective walk in the woods. Using the simple malt body of a Hazy IPA and fermented on Escarpment Labs’ Foggy London Ale yeast, we've created a flavour that suggests more than the 5.5% abv you get. Finally, we dry-hopped Gnarnia with tons of Mosaic and Citra hops to give it a big citrus aroma and pack it with all the juicy flavour you can handle. Brewed in collaboration with Muskoka Off-Road Cycling Association.

Pouring a pristine burnt auburn, its malt-forward character presents aromas of light caramel and toasted bread. Flavours of brioche and golden raisins round out its robust yet satisfying character. Rich and malty, it’s perfect for those early Fall days. Prost!

  • I, The Mountain & The Leprechaun Flute

    Style: IPA - Red

    ABV: 7.5    IBU: 70

I, The Mountain & The Leprechaun Flute leads off with heavy aromas of rich pine and bright berries in a hop kick to the olfactory. A heavy dose of crystal and a blast of oats help build a strong malt base with a big mouthfeel in this 7% malt monster. A wave of northwest US hops follow and attack your tongue finishing this completely unbalanced red renegade.

  • Horchata White Milk Stout

Style: Stout - White / Golden

    ABV: 3.5    IBU: 35

Spicy and invigorating, Horchata is a traditional Mexican rice milk drink. Using this quintessential recipe as a jumping off point, our Horchata White Milk Stout is flavoured with cinnamon and vanilla along with an added dose of lactose sugar. • A Place To Stand

    Style: Pilsner - Other

    ABV: 5.2    IBU: 35

In celebration of Canada's 150th anniversary we collaborated with our pals at Great Lakes Brewery and The Griffin Gastropub to brew a beer we feel not only showcases all that Ontario has to offer, but also truly represents our home and native land. Using 100% Ontario grown ingredients, we've brewed a classic pilsner style lager. Malt from the good folks at Barn Owl (Belleville ON) and hops from the VQH farm (Eden, ON) give this lager a light, cracker body that builds to a hop forward and dry finish.Perfect on the dock in summer or after the game in the winter. A Place to Stand is truly a taste of Ontario! Give us a place to stand and a place to grow and call this land Ontari-ari-ari-o!
