Ever imagine coming to the end of a pier and wishing it just kept going? This is the same existential worm hole you will fall down when drinking this Double IPA. So go on, take one step further, one more sip. Allow the calm and clean tasting malt backbone to give way to a maelstrom of hops (Simcoe, Centennial, Columbus) that are rich, earthy and devastatingly tasty.

This curiously refreshing IPA is brewed with real grapefruit along with Citrus, Comet, Centennial and Simcoe hops for an exquisite blend of fresh citrus and pine hop bitterness. Trying to find a copy of Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code with the "help" of an illiterate librarian is a gosh darn nightmare. We recommend you order it on online and have it sent directly to the brewery. We will have a refreshing pint waiting for you and we can put this whole debacle behind us.

Style: IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale
ABV: 7.6 IBU: 90
This black IPA looks positively mesmerizing in the glass, with its opaque ebony hue and thick, frothy head of khaki-coloured foam. Mouth-watering aromas of dark malts, caramel and a hint of raisins and plum will lead you into temptation, while rich flavours of roasted grains and coffee grounds will most certainly seal your fate. It finishes with an earthy, resiny hop bitterness that lingers on the taste buds. Its soft, silky-smooth texture and mild carbonation make this 7.6% abv brew far more drinkable than it has any business being. It’s a well-rounded, yet intensely flavourful beer that combines the best aspects of both stouts and IPAs into a single glorious (and delicious) whole—a must-try for both hopheads and malt maniacs.

Ripsnorter is a truly complex beast. You’ll taste hints of roasted malts, caramel, coffee, dried fruit, and chocolate. The addition of fresh vanilla beans and bourbon barrel oak staves round out the intense flavour. Rich, full-bodied and dark, this is a bruiser of a porter.

Style: Brown Ale - American
ABV: 5.7 IBU: 23
A good ole fashioned fisticuffs broke out between malt sweetness and mild earthy hops, resulting in a remarkably well balanced Brown Ale. It’s not too sweet and and not too bitter. Just a scrappy down to earth ale with a medium dry-finish. When the dust settles you will be left slacked jawed, stunned, and wanting more.

Years in the making, this perfect 6% NEIPA is the result of dozens of slightly tweaked batches. We lost so much sleep obsessing over this one that the eyes you see on Roy perfectly resemble what ours looked like. This fella is absolutely loaded with tropical fruit notes: passion fruit, citrus, grapefruit, strawberry, and peach. Pillowy-soft, ultra juicy, and oh so hazy, you'll be thinking about Roy long after your last sip.

Went for oyster night, I had never had oysters before. Leah, the Master Shucker showed us the different types of oysters they had tonight and said how she is offering 5 different sauces! Ranging from Peach Pear, Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry to Caesar Classic! I ordered the Blueberry and Caesar options. The oysters also come with horseradish on the platter. See photos. We ordered sticky ribs as well which were very meaty and tender. We sat on the patio on this beautiful evening, a few other families doing the same. Soft funky jazz was being played. As it got darker, the inside of the restaurant was lit with lanterns and had a wonderful ambience. Service was attentive and friendly, we could see how the staff all worked as a team. A great experience, we look forward to returning again!

It didn't take more than moment on Google Reviews to pick my dinner spot the other night - Davis Craft Brewery Restaurant by Refined Fool Brewing Company in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. I booked on OpenTable and arrived early after parking for free on the street. Hip vibe from entry to seating with an attentive welcome and staff teaming on all the tables. Fresh flowers on my table I started with the Tiger Lily feature cocktail - perfect for summer and just what I needed after a long day to chill out even more. The ceiling designs and wood are mesmerizing and calming. I couldn't resist a Todd is an Absolute Beauty Pale Ale hinting to some of the Australian flavour and folklore design and mentions throughout. The crafted beer menu is extensive for this size of brewery and includes a cider so there is something for everyone. I settled on the Korean Beef Tacos (ground beef style) with the panko encrusted sweet potato strips. Both fantastic and the strips were more sliced round sweet potato chips and tasted like Japanese tempura but the batter was tight to the chips. Can't wait to go back and try the skewers and another beer style. Thanks, Chris >

This was our first time to the area and wanted to give this place a try. Our server was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. She gave us great suggestions on food and beers. They had a great selection of craft beers. This place has a great atmosphere and feel. They do have a patio and it looks pretty nice. The food and beers were amazing, we enjoyed them very much, this place is worth trying.
