East Hill is a Session New England IPA. What is a session beer you ask? Well it’s a beer you can drink more of in a session because it has less alcohol - for real not making this up. East Hill is packed with bright fresh tropical citrus fruit flavour and aromas. This tasty brew not only used Amarillo hops in the boil we also dry hopped it not once, not twice but three times with a mixture of 4 more hop varieties - Citra, Cascade, Galaxy and Mosaic for a grand total of 5 hops in this beer! This super crushable smooth IPA is the perfect beer to pair with . . . well just about anything! East Hill is an ode to our neighbourhood. Meyers Creek Brewing was born in East Hill and while we love all of our fair city, East Hill is our home.

Everyone loves a Hayride! Inspired by our childhood memories of trips to the farm and getting to ride around on a wagon full of hay. This copper coloured beer is a blend of a number of similar styles you might know as Oktoberfest, Marzen or Vienna Lager. This is our amber lager - medium-bodied and full of toasty, caramel flavours. Bitterness is low, making this a well-balanced beer suitable for just about any day of the year.

Wonder Berry is our cranberry kettle sour. This unique sour was brewed with local malt from Barn Owl Malt, no hops and a 27 liter infusion of pure Muskoka cranberry juice. Wonder Berry is actually a nick name for the cranberry, one of only three crops native to North America. This unique sour beer was brewed without hops allowing us to truly let the freshly pressed cranberry juice, from the Johnston Family Marsh at the Muskoka Lakes Farm and Winery in Bala Ontario, shine through.

Auntie's Apricot Ale is an American wheat ale with a Meyers Creek twist! With all the hazy juicy goodness of a classic wheat ale as its base we added pure apricot puree to give this beer a fruity nose and a hint of sweet spiciness on the pallet. But who is Auntie? Well, we all have "that auntie" you know the one, she is a bit spicy, with the right amount of sweet. She's fun to have around but you need a nap after she's gone, LOL. We have one of those as well and to all the Aunties out there that keep life interesting, this one's for you!

Yellow Stairs is not your average sour. It's a kettle sour that we double dry hopped with Amarillo and Cascade. Then we let it rest on copious amounts of grapefruit peel. Everyone seems to come away with their own impression of this one - sour, fruity, refreshing. Some even detect a slight smokiness reminiscent of a Lichtenhainer - a rare style of German smoked sour ale. Whatever you find when exploring this beer is sure to take you on an adventure. Speaking of adventure lets talk about the name Yellow Stairs. The yellow stairs are a local landmark here in the Belleville. These old wooden stairs, there were two sets actually, linked Mount Pleasant Road and Hillcrest Ave. to Great St. James Street.

Style: IPA - Brut
ABV: 8 IBU: 90
Brut is a newer sub style of IPA loosely based on Brut Champagne from France. Hence its name Brut which means "dry, raw, unrefined" in French. We wanted our Brut to be a little bit different but still maintain the elements that make a Brut a Brut. Wharf Rat is dry and effervescent. It's a higher alcohol IPA with a pleasing light amber color and bursting with classic IPA bitterness and hop character we know you love. Wharf Rat is a great choice to create amazing beer cocktails. With its high ABV and dry finish it mixes well with all kinds of fruit combinations. We recommend mixing it with a pineapple and orange juice mix, garnish with a chunk of pineapple for the ultimate summer luxury beer cocktail.

At 4.0% abv, it's light and refreshing with loads of fresh ginger, hints of honey and citrus, finishing with a bit of spicy heat. In the early part of the 20th century, a local resident by the name of Harry B. Day produced his own special recipe of ginger beer packaged in ceramic flip top bottles, right here in Belleville, Ontario. Legend has it, he never revealed his special recipe and it was lost forever. Cheers, to you, Harry!

In the early days of the settlement that was to become Belleville, Ontario, one of the major local industries was logging. At the time, there was a large demand for Canadian lumber in England. Logs would be driven down the Moira River into the harbour and up to the St. Lawrence for shipping to England. Hence, we present, Timber! Extra Special Bitter. Also, known as an “English Pale Ale”, it is well balanced with just the right amount of earthy bitterness to balance the caramel forward flavours and aromas. We use two different English hops and give it a dry hop to boost the floral and herbal vibe. At a modest 5.5% ABV, and 40 IBUs, it's approachable, delicious and will have you yelling "Timber!" like a real Canadian lumberjack.
