An ale to showcase local cascade hops. When the time is right during the fall and the hops are ripe it becomes a full time commitment to harvest everything. Just like most handymen in the fall there is usually much more work available then workers to do the work.

Summer days can leave you" Wiped Out". If your looking for a full of flavour IPA that has mild bitterness from Galaxy Hops. This is the beer for you! Its a blend of our Hefeweizen (banana, and melon flavours) added to our mind the stairs Ipa (very tropical fruit forward from the galaxy hops used). You will find it to be full of body and fruit flavour finishing with more traditional hop sensations.

This version of a kettle sour has a small addition of midnight wheat which adds a subtle chocolate aroma as well as a large addition of black sour cherries during fermentation. This beer smells just like a Black Forest cake and has a subtle tartness.

This Vermont IPA was brewed and named in collaboration with our former taproom manager, Dean. An IPA that has a nice amount of hop aroma, with a mild bitterness. This version was fermented in the dry hop of our impact IPA, something the brewer had always wanted to try. It is copper in colour and very crushable for those warm after work hours.

Checked out this place out of the blue from London at the recommendation of a friend. Located near downtown, parking, nice place. It was a bit weird when we went in. We walked in, and no one acknowledged us. We sat down and waited for 10 minutes at a table one over from the bar and no one acknowledged us. Eventually I went up to the bar and asked is this place bar service only? Since there were no signs and no one was speaking to us. Yeah was her reply. We ordered two flights and a pizza, which were good. The Dutch apple pie cider from Heemans was outstanding Based on the customer service, we didn't bother ordering another round and headed to another brewery instead.

This week, we were in Stratford and decided to stop by Jobsite Brewing Co as we hadn't visited before. When you walk in, you're greeted by the counter where they serve drinks, as well as a stone pizza oven. The seating area is right in the heart of the brewery, next to the steel vats where the beer is brewed, giving the space a lively atmosphere. They have a fun game area with pool and ping pong tables, and the place was packed during our visit. With complimentary popcorn to snack on and a wide range of beers on tap, it's a great spot to relax and enjoy a good drink. I personally enjoyed their IPAs, while my wife enjoyed the apple cider on the guest tap. Jobsite Brewery is definitely worth a visit if you're in Stratford! Oh, and I almost forgot. We had planned to go out for dinner before the show. But rather than venture out again, we decided to order pizza at the brewery. We are glad we did.

First time here and loved the atmosphere. We ordered pizzas for take out - 3 cheese, pepperoni, and pepperoni and mushroom. Limited toppings available and would love to see fresh mozzarella added as a topping. Nonetheless the pizzas were hot, fresh and delicious. Perfect char on the crust! If you're looking for good wood fired pizza I would definitely recommend trying here! Will be back!

What a great spot. The pizza is as good as the beer and the beer is awesome. We stumbled across this place when we Googled Brewery in Stratford and am very thankful for it. We will go back to try the popcorn! Very friendly people on the patio and inside. Lily loved it there!

First time visiting and had a good time celebrating a friend's birthday! Parking was very limited - though there seems to be plenty of side street parking available nearby. The brewery has a great vibe and ample seating. Seating was limited during our visit on a Saturday, due to 2 parties in the back section of the brewery. After a short wait, we were able to get a table for our group of 6. I'm not much of a drinker, so I can't speak much on the beer itself. But as a pizza fan, I was impressed by the delicious wood-fired pizza! Limited toppings were available, but I really enjoyed the plain cheese. Great sauce and crispy crust! Unfortunately, they were out of the fresh pretzels, but I would have liked to try those too. The free popcorn was a tasty bonus! Overall great atmosphere and I would come back again!
