    Style: Pale Ale - American

    ABV: 6.2    IBU: 38

    This smooth golden pale ale features our organic Cascade and Nugget hops, it has a soft body with a sweet back bone. Not excessively bitter, with hard to pin down notes of apricot, lychee, and tangerine. Easy drinking, yet incredibly flavourful.

    100% Patagonia Pilsner malt from Ontario Malting Group and 100% Heritage Hill organic 2020 Hallertau hops (yes, this is a SMASH - single malt, single hop). German Lager yeast / 7 weeks lagered from grain to can / Naturally carbonated with CO2 recapture and spunding. What’s in a name and description, anyway? Well…Pilsners are most often described aromatically as perhaps “grainy” or “bready”, specifically that crusty part of a morning's freshly-baked bread, balanced against a pronounced and unapologetically “flowery”, “earthy” and "noble hop" characteristics.     This is the third release in our new and ongoing “Fruition Sour Series” designed for complex, multi-staged fermentations and yielding vibrant and approachable results. This purple-pink, fruited ale is bacterially soured for 2 days in the brew kettle and subsequently boiled with extremely low doses of GoodLot organic Chinook whirlpool hops to achieve very low bitterness and a bright, refreshing sourness. Vermont Ale yeast compliments the blackberry additions during secondary stages of fermentation to create smooth and tropical juice flavours and aromas that are puckery, bright, thirst-quenching and extremely sessionable! This release is bottle-conditioned for bubbly head and carbonation.

    Sunset gold hops Collab with Escarpment Labs in support of Trout Unlimited (Greg Clark Chapter) to protect the Credit River watershed. In the Belgian Wit tradition, this release is our farm interpretation on a classic wheat beer. Extra pale in colour and cloudy in appearance, NitWit is a soft, delicate and highly sessionable beer with velvety mouthfeel. $.25 per can donated to Trout Unlimited!

    Based on our much loved Farmstead Ale, this beer was intentionally soured. Giving it a tart flavour. Easy drinking with a dry bitter almost pithy finish. Aromas of fresh berry mellows with the tartness from the souring process. Drinks more like a raspberry radler. Quite thirst-quenching.

    This is a dark, full bodied porter. Well balanced with notes of chocolate and coffee. Approachable and easy drinking. Unique in the porter world, as we only use Ontario cascade hops.

    This bright pink, fruited ale is bacterially soured for 2 days in the brew kettle and subsequently boiled with extremely low doses of GoodLot Chinook hops in the whirlpool to achieve very low bitterness and a bright, refreshing sourness. Vermont Ale yeast compliments the raspberry additions during secondary stages of fermentation to create smooth and tropical juice flavours and aromas that are fruity, puckery, bright, thirst-quenching and extremely sessionable! This departure from previous GoodLot sours is the first release in a new and ongoing “Fruition Sour Series” designed for complex, multi-staged fermentations and yielding vibrant and approachable results.
