This smooth golden pale ale features our organic Cascade and Nugget hops, it has a soft body with a sweet back bone. Not excessively bitter, with hard to pin down notes of apricot, lychee, and tangerine. Easy drinking, yet incredibly flavourful.

100% Patagonia Pilsner malt from Ontario Malting Group and 100% Heritage Hill organic 2020 Hallertau hops (yes, this is a SMASH - single malt, single hop). German Lager yeast / 7 weeks lagered from grain to can / Naturally carbonated with CO2 recapture and spunding. What’s in a name and description, anyway? Well…Pilsners are most often described aromatically as perhaps “grainy” or “bready”, specifically that crusty part of a morning's freshly-baked bread, balanced against a pronounced and unapologetically “flowery”, “earthy” and "noble hop" characteristics. Perhaps its relative brightness, medium body, crispy dryness and clarity with a bitterness dominating the taste and continuing through and lingering into the aftertaste….Ya, that could j

Based on our flagship Farmstead Ale, the malt bill is the same, however we doubled the hops. A big flavour bomb, all about hops and bitterness using Ontario cascade and nugget hops. Beautiful smooth finish.

This is the third release in our new and ongoing “Fruition Sour Series” designed for complex, multi-staged fermentations and yielding vibrant and approachable results. This purple-pink, fruited ale is bacterially soured for 2 days in the brew kettle and subsequently boiled with extremely low doses of GoodLot organic Chinook whirlpool hops to achieve very low bitterness and a bright, refreshing sourness. Vermont Ale yeast compliments the blackberry additions during secondary stages of fermentation to create smooth and tropical juice flavours and aromas that are puckery, bright, thirst-quenching and extremely sessionable! This release is bottle-conditioned for bubbly head and carbonation.

Based on our much loved Farmstead Ale, this beer was intentionally soured. Giving it a tart flavour. Easy drinking with a dry bitter almost pithy finish. Aromas of fresh berry mellows with the tartness from the souring process. Drinks more like a raspberry radler. Quite thirst-quenching.

Great spot to visit if you are up there. We usually stop here on our way back from the cottage. The vibe is very chill and a great spot for kids to run around and have a blast. They have some chickens running around as well that kids love to pet or chase. There are two eating areas but are both open concept so if it is a cold day make sure to take a jacket. Good selection of beers and they do have a grommet food truck with a few options.

Gorgeous, organic, solar-powered brewery! We loved the ambiance and decided to learn more about them while we were there. We were so glad to hear their story and missionit's truly inspiring. I wish they had more information about it on the tables! The live music added to the great atmosphere, with lots of hops growing around, fresh flowers all around, and in vases on the tables. It's a must-visit if you're in the area, but honestly, it's even worth the drive

Great little hidden spot close to home . Tried a few of these beers previously at restaurants so decided to visit , I wasn't disappointed. The beers were great and the service was on point. There are sun shades which help on hot days, it would be great to extend it a bit to cover all seating. They offer tab billing which is nice, table side drink service. Food Trucks on site , tried Soulyve twist on doubles. They offer great Fusion Caribbean meals which I have enjoyed at their old restaurant location. Here you order and get paged for pick up. The fries seemed popular looks like choice munchie for most there when I visited. They offer love music, nice atmosphere. Stopped in the shop on my way out to purchase some cans to go for home. Definitely will be back.

Amazing spot for a lazy sunday afternoon. The food truck is incredible and the live music was really really great. Highly recommend the stop if you're exploring the area. Also there's disc golf to check out as well!

We can't express enough how incredible our wedding experience was at GoodLot. Monica is the epitome of warmth, efficiency, and helpfulness. My best friend, who coordinated our decorations, said she would gladly plan a thousand more events at GoodLot just to work with Monica again - she's that amazing! Our intimate wedding of 30 guests was held at the Oast Barn, and we couldn't recommend the venue more highly. GoodLot truly stands out as a unique gem. Beyond hosting events, we also encourage everyone to visit GoodLot just to soak in the atmosphere. The excellent beer, delicious food, and friendly community create an indescribable energy. It's something you must experience in person to truly appreciate.!
