Our brewery is housed in a heritage building erected in 1911 by Colonel William T Gregory. He came to Leamington from North Carolina to teach Canadians how to cure tobacco and was instrumental in developing the tobacco industry in Ontario. He also helped Canadian troops fighting in WWI obtain much-needed supplies. For his efforts he was given the honourary title of Colonel. This Cured beer is a tribute to Gregory and the rich history of our facility.

Such a vivid palette that transports you to the decadent sceneries of Europe and California, but this Cured beer was handcrafted in none other than Southern Ontario.

Cured craft beer is amazing! We are from Florida and our friends from Leamington brought us here and it was such a delightful place that has so many wonderful little nooks and crannies to get lost in! Super friendly staff and fantastic service! Not to mention the beer is incredibly delicious. As the sign says, Beer as cold as your Exes heart!

My husband and I visited during Mill St Market so the menu was limited. We shared a margherita pizza. The pizza was phenomenal. We also tried a few beers including the sour they had which was recommended by our server, the honey badger wheat ale and the tripe a new england IPA. The beers were all delicious. We sat on the patio, it was a lovely evening and the service was excellent.

Cured Craft Brewery and Restaurant is an awesome place to enjoy some great local craft beers in a cozy, upscale environment that is classy and casual. The beers are great, the food is excellent with local ingredients, and an all around great vibe! Our server Leah was awesome too - I would highly recommend a stop at Cured!

Always one of our go tos! We've been patrons since they've opened and consistently come back to the brewery for great pints. The restaurant's pretzels are sublime! 10/10 will consistently come back again!

Visited a second time during Mill St Market weekend on June 7, 2024. Sat on patio, very busy, but we were seated right away. Waitress was very well mannered, pleasant, and knows her job well. We ordered our favorite wine again here, J Lohr Cabernet. Ordered pretzel bites, and meat lovers pizza. Cooked to perfection. Friends ordered the nachos. Great price and great times. A must stop when you are in the area. Thank you to our server Alandra First time to visit, a very cozy and warm feeling. Ordered cheese board...for the cost, it was not what we expected. Ordered garlic bread to eat with cheese board as the crackers on the board were very hard. The presentation was on point! We both ordered the available red on menu, J Lohr Cabernet was the best.
