Fruity, bitter hops, berry, mango, peach; a wonderful interplay between the earthy bitterness, the nuanced fruity berry character, and the piney funky tropical depth. The resinous character of the hops shows through in a tongue-coating mouth feel. You’ll really feel saturated by all the hops. Delicious.

Belgian Wits are traditionally brewed with orange peel and coriander, so to add a flavourful and modern twist on a classic we enlisted the help of our pals at Genuine Tea. We replaced the orange peel with another classic – Earl Grey. Made with the oil of Bergamot Orange citrus, the tea gives this beer a unique flavour while honouring the classic beer style.

Shout out to Nate at Collective Arts Hamilton for going above and beyond and exceeding our expectations yesterday (Thanksgiving Monday). He was very accommodating, informative, patient, personable and generous with his time. Everyone working at the brewery that day was super nice, but Nate truly was fantastic! The products were great, facility was clean, staff were attentive and the cool art and company philosophy were a bonus. Nate took care of us, despite having short notice. My husband, son and I drove from Burlington, but my other son was visiting from Vancouver. (My son is also a Nate). It was our first visit but it definitely won't be our last. We left with a box of yummy bevvies. Thanks for making it a great day, Nate!

Good beer and alcohol collection with a patio out front (along the street). Bar service only, but the staff is knowledgeable and make suggestions. There's lots of games that you're free to play with if that's you're thing. They also have some cool swag (tees) to purchase, but sizing is limited.

A friend bought me a great fruit sour from Collective Arts and brought it to my house to try. I forgot to post a review. It was a delicious drink with great flavour. We will be sure to drop in a visit the brewery in the next few months to try a few more of their beverages. They also have a variety of non-alcoholic drinks available too.

We threw a 70 person baby shower at Collective's event space this past weekend and it was such a fantastic venue! Their events manager, Stuart, was so quick and easy to communicate with, he truly went above and beyond for us. Nick and the Collective staff were really friendly and helpful throughout, and Mel and her staff from Collective's in-house catering company (NomNomNom Catering) provided the perfect spread of delicious food (our guests RAVED about it the entire time!). The venue is beautiful as is, they had a huge selection of both alcohol and non-alcohol drink options, and having in-house catering made everything SO efficient and easy to plan - highly recommend for your next event!!
