Clean, clear and bright, just like the Torrance sky. That’s how we crafted Clear Lake Summer Ale, a refreshingly crisp, effervescent and easy-drinking ale with just a whisper of grapefruit, florals and honey on the nose. We humbly suggest there really isn’t a better way to quench your thirst.

We use honey as it fully ferments and dries the beer out, while providing a higher alcohol content at 5.4%. This leaving a crisp finish with no residual sweetness.

Style: Shandy / Radler
ABV: 2.6 IBU: 10
Originally brewed with a blend of beer and lemonade, Radler (German for cyclist) was a popular, low alcohol thirst quencher enjoyed by recreational cyclists in the 19th century. ClearLakeCranRadler is refreshing, and totally satisfying, with the subtle tartness of locally-sourced cranberries complimenting blood orange hues and gentle acidity. It's perfect for those long summer afternoons.

A honey sweetened ale that is dry despite the perceived sweetness from the honey. Fant talk: it mimics a broggot which is beer mixed with mead. A strong beer that tastes sweet.

Lovely little pub/brewery. Nice big portions of food even for appetizers. Loved the deep fried pickles. Great beer recommendations by our server who was super friendly. Highly recommend the summer ale! A friendly place with a welcoming atmosphere. Loved the beer glasses so much we ended up buying some along with a jug of beer. Will definitely be going back to this little hidden gem!

We were given coupons at the BeerSpa for a free appie, so thought we'd cash in Sunday for dinner. Waitress's attitude seem to quickly change when we changed our minds from sitting outside to back inside, and maybe she thought we were just planning on having a beer and the coupon and didn't see it as a large tip? Enjoyed two drinks, and the appie platter that came with. Decided to order a smash burger and more deep fried pickles as they were amazing. I would gladly leave a five star if we didn't have this underlying feeling that we were a burden to the poor waitress. They were about to have a large group come in so we tried to be quick and respectful to be out before they arrived - but getting a second round and the bill seemed to be a monumental task I'm going to chalk it up to it was busy, and a high top table of 2 with a coupon probably wasn't the focus. We'll be back to try again

Like literally love this spot! Great staff! Octoberfest is the best time to go, and their wings are the best! Grab something from the merch area, and if it's nice sit outside!

Great place for lunch and beer in Torrance - can't leave without some takeaway beer either! Very family friendly, large beer garden with picnic benches is fenced in and has a large play area that keeps the kids happy while the parents enjoy a beer and listen to the live music on the outdoor stage. Food is pretty good - standard pub fare - chicken tenders are done in house and are very good. Kids meals $12 but no drink or dessert, adult meals around $16-20 - not huge but they will fill you up and are decent quality - probably slightly over the odds but you are getting good location, excellent play area and live music, as well as very fresh beer. We have been lots of times before and will definitely come again - they keep improving the place!

Decent food, good beer, good for kids. Service is a bit slow, but overall a solid casual Muskoka spot.
