Clean, clear and bright, just like the Torrance sky. That’s how we crafted Clear Lake Summer Ale, a refreshingly crisp, effervescent and easy-drinking ale with just a whisper of grapefruit, florals and honey on the nose. We humbly suggest there really isn’t a better way to quench your thirst.

We use honey as it fully ferments and dries the beer out, while providing a higher alcohol content at 5.4%. This leaving a crisp finish with no residual sweetness.

Style: Shandy / Radler
ABV: 2.6 IBU: 10
Originally brewed with a blend of beer and lemonade, Radler (German for cyclist) was a popular, low alcohol thirst quencher enjoyed by recreational cyclists in the 19th century. ClearLakeCranRadler is refreshing, and totally satisfying, with the subtle tartness of locally-sourced cranberries complimenting blood orange hues and gentle acidity. It's perfect for those long summer afternoons.

A malt forward ale with caramel notes but balanced with a slightly bitter hop finish. It bridges the gap between an amber and an IPA.

A honey sweetened ale that is dry despite the perceived sweetness from the honey. Fant talk: it mimics a broggot which is beer mixed with mead. A strong beer that tastes sweet.

I think this place has matured and evolved over the years to be a cool spot for beer, food and fun in Muskoka. The beer selection is amazing. So many good quality options. Hard to choose a favourite. Luckily they serve flights. The food is amazing. A long way from the old pizza offering and now a nice menu with some veg friendly options. Freshly prepared. Staff are helpful and friendly. Visited during the winter and they have a small skating rink with skates (for free). Summer they have a nice little outdoor beer garden. Well worth the visit

Went for lunch after dropping off our child at the YMCA Camp down the road. We have young children so the playground was perfect while waiting for our food. There was live music which was lovely. I asked for a lemonade and I appreciated that they gave me a sample to try first as it wasn't to my liking (too watery). Food was ok but, pricey for the portion sizes. We really enjoyed the spacious patio. My husband enjoyed ordering a fight of beer to sample a variety. As we did eat outside, you first order at the outside side window and get your drinks then wait at your table for your food to be brought to you.

Understaffed for lunch on a Wednesday. Inside was dingey, but the patio was really nice. I went with my sister and our two pups. I got the beet salad and it was overdressed and half of the lettuce was soggy and going bad so we didn't even finish a third of it - very disappointing, especially for the price. Served did not come out to check on us once.

Delicious eats and great beer at Clear Lake Brewing Co.!!! I had the Cranberry Radler accompanied with the short rib sandwich and fries. The tangy sweetness of the radler paired perfectly with the savory richness of the sandwich. The combination of flavors was out of this world. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu offerings. We sat outdoors and I have to say The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were friendly. Our group of 6 was easily accommodated, we sat at the picnic tables outside and ordered from the side window. Lots of parking. It was a fantastic experience overall.

The best place for a chill vibe, good beer and fun for the kids. The playground is epic and the kids can play for hours. Theres a great selection for beer but they also offer some vodka/seltzer options. I always get the summer ale - it's the lightest option. They have live music on weekends which is a nice touch. The merch is great quality, I've had the same hoody for a few years and it's still great.
