food was pretty good. My husband had pork shank and said it was unreal. It was huge so he had a meal for the next day too. Soup of the day was broccoli cheddar and it was delicious. One of the best soups I've ever had. Pork belly sliders and tacos were good, not great but flavorful. they only had 1 waitress so felt a little bad for her cause there was almost 10 tables. otherwise was good experience and we'll go back update: went for my brothers birthday and food was awesome and service was better. Give it a try the cheese curds were a table favorite

Waiter was pleasant, knowledgeable about the items on the menu and had recommendations when asked. Loved the energy, the Decore and the overall vibe of this restaurant!! Absolutely the best steak I have had after a long time! marinated for 24 hours soft, full of flavour and tender. The grilled vegetables were juicy! Looking forward to having some of this again -Mini

Visited the Big rig on recommendation by a friend. We came to have lunch at the weekend and found it wasn't busy at all. I chose to sit outside. It was a windy day and just as well as it meant we weren't to hot. Coming from Europe and not used to "mandatory tipping", I was expending a higher level of service. The waitress forgot to bring the coleslaw that was part of the meal. When we asked one of them, they brought only one . We had to wait for another fifteen minutes before the next coleslaw was brought to us. Don't let the " not perfect" service deter you from visiting. The food was amazing. I ordered beef tacos as a starter and the other dish was fries squid rings. Both portions were worthy to be called a main meal. Had we known the portions were huge, we probably would have stuck to just a main. For mains we had a big pork rib and steak sandwiches both served with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. Value for money - 4/5 Service 3/5 Quantity 6/5 Quality 5/5 Ambience 4/5 Worth visiting to make a judgement for yourself.

Came here on a Saturday evening. Great food! We ordered a Monster Melt burger and Pulled Pork sandwich. Both were adequately sized and delicious! The fries and coleslaw were simple yet surprisingly flavourful. The service was standard - no issues with the food, servers were polite but our order took a while (understandable since it was a busy time). Overall though, an underrated restaurant and great value for money. I highly recommend this establishment.

Vibe was 0, too calm, sound volume barely audible, the place felt dead even with few tables present, likely due to place too large. Was there for dinner, super understaffed. Only 1 poor waitress, obviously stressed out by the situation, but tried her best so kudos to her. She also runs the bar which is on the far extreme opposite side of where we sat, that made it even harder. Waiting 1h-1.5h for food to arrive. Horrible experience, almost walked away but I felt bad for the waitress. Hungry impatient children made it worse. There were only 2 tables before my order, that were there before I got in the premise. Food was actually decent. Beef brisket was good. The kids meals pizzas were of decent size. Apps were fine. Everything tasted good with the great hunger. Nachos came first, and it was obvious that it sat at the counter for a long time, it was semi cold with cheese well hardened making it hard to peel out the nacho slices from the pile. A manager only appeared to help in the last 15 minutes of our 2.5-hour stay, but couldn't get a hold of him. This restaurant needs major improvement to save its business.
