5 Bells is named after the rope/line signal that a diver will send or receive to the surface. The most common meaning and derived for the name of the beer is "I have finished my work". 5 bells is a sessionable IPA with a lighter hop profile than the typical IPA found on the market now. It has a slight malty backbone which balances the hops. It is a great beginner IPA and is brewed with an English ale yeast that gives it a dry finish.

This dark chocolate oatmeal stout carries a nice brown head with plenty dark chocolate bitterness in the back of the mouth with a full bodied feel and many complex flavour tones. It's dark, opaque colour is reminiscent of the visibility when diving 200 feet to the bottom of Bedford Basin.

Wonderfully drinkable at 5% ABV and 50 IBU, it lends to a bitter back end, slight malt backbone and wonderful hop aroma
