Style: Pale Ale - Other
ABV: 5.5 IBU: 20
This is our everyday drinking beer. We use a base grain called Maris Otter, a premium British malt that gives a richness & nutty character to add a bit of complexity to an everyday style. Brewed with American hop varieties but used sparingly for both IBU’s and flavours.

Style: IPA - American
ABV: 6.5 IBU: 50
We produce lighter version of the style, while still moderately hopped. We’ve decided to concentrate on the aromatics of the hops by using five different varieties to give a more complex & less bitter version of the favourite beer style. Lots of tropical and citrus notes on the nose and palate.

ABV: 5.2 IBU: 14

Style: Altbier - Sticke
ABV: 5.6 IBU: 40
Our Altbier is a version of Altbier called a Sticke Alt. This classic style differs from a traditional Altbier by being darker, fuller bodied & intense in flavor with higher IBU’s to balance out the caramel & molasses flavours.

Style: Historical Beer - Kottbusser
ABV: 5.6 IBU: 20
This very old German beer style was brewed in the town of Cottbuss, apparently a region that played fast & loose with the Reinheitsgebot purity laws of the time. This beer is made with barley, wheat & oats, lightly hopped & fermented with a german ale yeast. Once fermentation has ended we added honey & molasses.

Style: Belgian Blonde
ABV: 6.3 IBU: 30
An easy drinking, higher alcohol beer will catch you while you’re not looking. Lighter malt flavours mixed with lighter spicy and fruity esters from the yeast make for a nicely balanced beer. Although this beer registers at 30 IBU’s, they’re almost hidden by everything else going on in this beer.

Style: IPA - Brut
ABV: 6.5 IBU: 10
Produced to emulate one of our favourite grape varieties, muscat. We added peaches, grapefruit and orange zest to the boil along with a few hops for flavour but not bitterness. Once we moved the beer to the fermenter we added fresh NS strawberries & after several days dry hopped with hops carrying citrus character. An enzyme was also added to make this beer very dry, hence the Brut designation. And like a wine this beers aromatics open up in the glass.

I haven't actually had the beer I purchased but the sample was fantastic as was the knowledgeable staff. OK, so not exactly where or what I expected to see after following a side road to a back road but worth the trip. Thanks.
