Style: Kölsch
ABV: 4 IBU: 12
It's a 4.0% light lagered ale with low bitterness, subtle hops and a lil saltiness (for that electrolyte refuel post workout). Rice Syrup was used as a nod to classic German x Japanese lagers like Saporro and to make it real crisp and sweetly crushable at the trailhead after a long rip on granite outcrop. North End Runners' own #nertimberwolves helped inspire this amazing brew.

It features big chocolate flavour from three different chocolate malts (including debittered chocolate malt), complemented with toasted nut and coffee notes. The addition of lactose lends a creamy and lightly sweet finish to the beer, for a full 360° experience. This 5.5% ABV beer is lightly bittered to just under 30 IBUs for balance. It is available now at their Ochterloney and Agricola locations in 650 mL bottles and 750 mL swing tops, growler fills, and sure to be available at your local watering hole shortly.

Dry and effervescent, with a crisp hop bitterness, a citrus+melon aroma, light cracker note from the malt, and an amazing minerality on the finish. It is both simple and complex, and best of all it leaves you wanting another sip.

Checked out the beautiful North Brewing Company location in Timberlea for some delicious beer and tasty treats. We were even treated to some live tunes by Larry Dauphinee while we dined! Great place with ample seating, friendly staff and great beer! Will return for sure.

We were so impressed with this place. The food here was incredibly delicious and the service was great. The atmosphere is warm and cheerful and the overall vibe was quite relaxing. We ordered the wings with sweet and spicy sauce, one piece fish and chips, and a beer flight. The wings and the fish were quite possibly the best we've ever had. The Brunello beer was our fave. Thanks so much for such a great experience, we will definitely be back for more.

Definitely going back to try more of the menu. Had a tasting flight for our first visit. Have been getting to-go cans from this location for a few months now - waiting for the tap room to open - nice and airy, big long bar with lots of seating - wheelchair accessible tables & washroom - discount if you hit the to-go shop and bring some cans home - gastro-pub style menu with vegetarian options - a ton of taps (friendly staff) - lots of free parking

Pros: Fast service, very reasonable prices, friendly and funny staff, great selection, non-alcoholic beer available, and very cozy atmosphere. Oh and they have a beer fridge for things to take home. Cons: Nothing. A/C was a little high, but that's minor. Met a friend here for lunch, absolutely loved it. Wasn't busy at all so there was never any wait time, staff was super attentive and helpful too. Absolutely fantastic. They do offer lunch specials, so that was nice. My lunch got me 10% off a purchase to take home, and if you bring a donation to Adsom House they'll give you 15% off your order. Will absolutely go back.
